Wow….this is such a fabulous hotel, this is our second visit and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Everything is fantastic - very relaxing, spotlessly clean, wonderful facilities and superb friendly staff. You are made to feel special as soon as you arrive in the beautiful Reception area. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The breakfast is out of this world, a huge amount of choice, definitely something for everyone, you name it they have got it! We ate meals in three of the hotel’s restaurants and we were not disappointed - lovely food in all of them. The swimming pools are stunning with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. There is a shop on site, again with lovely friendly staff. The beach, with more sunbeds, is a short, pleasant walk from the hotel and you are very well looked after by Lucas, who has fabulous knowledge of the area and is so welcoming. There is variety of great entertainment in the delightful bar area each evening - always well attended and received, something for everyone. A fabulous, amazing place - if you want a totally stress free, relaxing holiday this is the hotel to go to. We will be looking to book again next year. A huge thank you to all the staff, but especially to Savvas Papantoniou, the Public Relations Manager, for his superb hospitality and for helping to make our holiday so special, efharisto poli, it was simply stunning.

Everything was perfect ! We had a special time at the hotel everybody was smiling and next to us in every aspect of our trip at Rhodos Kalathos in particular, The facilities were in excellent condition. Greatings to the team at the poolside restaurant!!!

We had a truly wonderful stay! From the very beginning, Gabriella took care of us with exceptional attention, starting even before our arrival. She helped us with email communication, transportation arrangements, and room assistance, ensuring everything was perfectly organized. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful treats, and throughout our stay, Gabriella continued to accommodate us at every step—from breakfast to pool time, and dinners at the restaurants. A special thanks also goes to Tanya from Guest Relations, who was always kind and helpful, to Antonis, the Bar Manager, for his excellent service, and to the amazing spa team—we enjoyed six spa treatments! Traveling with little kids can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made it feel effortless. Their care and hospitality made our experience truly memorable. Thank you again to Gabriella and the entire team for making our stay so special!

Our forth visit to this splendid hotel, we were warmly greeted by Franko and Thanis who were more than helpful throughout our stay, also Julio, they are wonderful representatives of the hotel and you could not wish for more helpful staff. It was great to see Savvas and Sotiris again and to meet Valentina for the first time who looked after us in the main restaurant throughout our stay, she was well assisted by Kiki in the morning and Katrina in the evening. Nothing was too much trouble for Valentina her lovely smile greeted us each morning and evening and her service was first class. Margaret noticed a new young boy named Giannis who was charming and seemed at home with his job. Our room was kept spotless by the three lovely ladies who we see every year. Not forgetting the reception staff all are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, we were greeted by Tsampika who was charming, this team being led by Lefteris who is brilliant. Reports like this cannot be submitted in this context without sound leadership and that comes in the form of Apostolos, here is a hotel manager who is constantly checking all areas of the hotel, speaking to guest's ensuring that all guest's are enjoying their holiday Congratulations to all.

Fantastic Hotel. Our 5th visit. The garden pool rooms are so relaxing. Food is superb and all the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The private beach is an excellent place to relax and swim. Lukas is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. Richard & Louise. June 2025

Spent two weeks at this wonderful hotel. Our pre-arrival request for a walk-in shower was granted and we were welcomed with fizz. Our room was clean and comfortable maybe more drawer space was needed but we don'tpack light!. Enjoyed all the restaurants especially Zen. The main restaurant was great with a different theme every day. Loved that a main course could be ordered even with the buffet. Plenty of comfy sunbeds available. Drinks delivered via app to sunbed were very efficient. But the thing that makes this hotel is the wonderful staff. They are hardworking, helpful and friendly. Great management team who oversee everything and make guests feel valued. Many guests seem to be regulars which speaks for itself. We look forward to returning in the future.

Beautifully clean hotel with fantastic food and great facilities. The area is quiet on a massive pebbly ( unfortunately) beach . All staff are super friendly and can’t do enough. We are coming to the end of a super chilled week here. You can visit other places quite easily, there’s buses and taxis aren’t super expensive. The spa is lovely, many thanks to Despina who did the most amazing treatments ( I still have one left to have ) outside the hotel within easy walking distance are a supermarket and a couple of restaurants & bars we visited them all and were impressed with all of them - super friendly people and a lovely holiday overall x many thanks
