We honestly cannot recommend this resort enough. From the lovely welcoming, extremely friendly staff, great food and entertainment plus a truly stunning traditional Greek resort. It was everything we had hoped it would be and so much more. We had one of the panoramic sea view rooms, the room was lovely, nice and clean, which was freshened up daily by the cleaners, and the panoramic sea view was beautiful day and night. The restaurant at the pool bar was actually one of our favourites, serving up traditional Greek food, our favourite was the pork gyros, they are an absolute must to try during your stay, so delicious! The pool bar staff were great, they would walk around during the day taking drinks orders poolside from your sun lounger and then bring them over to you. Very good service, although they could have done with a few more pool side staff. There was a great variety of food at the buffet for lunch and dinner, each evening was slightly different to the last which made it more exciting. And the A La Carte restaurants were exceptional. We only managed to book the Italian during our stay, which we enjoyed very much. There was different entertainment on each evening at the main bar which was always alot of fun, the saxophonist was one of our favourites!! Lindos Town is only a 10 minute drive from the hotel. We would definitely recommend going here for the day/ evening. We got there via taxi which the hotel booked for us. It's such a beautiful town to wonder around, get some food, check out the beach, but the absolute highlight for us was climbing to the top of the Acropolis, it was absolutely breathtaking!! There are only a few criticisms that we have about the hotel, one being there really should be a full length mirror in each bedroom. Two, unfortunately there weren't enough sun loungers by the pool so if you didn't get down there early enough you missed out!! Luckily for us we're early risers so we always got a bed but we saw many people being disappointed. Lastly, during our stay we noticed that as the hotel got busier later in the week they definitely needed more staff on all the bars. Sometimes we were left waiting for quite some time, especially in the evenings, for a drink which was quite frustrating when we just wanted to enjoy the entertainment with a nice cocktail. Besides these minor criticisms we cannot recommend this beautiful traditional Greek resort enough, it's so picturesque, has so much charm, and the staff were exceptional, always so friendly and helpful. Especially Chris who made our stay extra special, he was always checking in with us to make sure everything was ok and to see if there was anything we needed. You honestly won't regret booking an adults only holiday here!!

Overall we had a lovely holiday, Lindos Grand is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location but could do with some improvements to reflect the 5 star status. The rooms are as described, very spacious with modern furnishings. We opted for a room with a garden view and private pool which I would say is worth the money however the pool could do with a clean as the grout was a slightly dirty. Depending on the location of your room you may not be guaranteed sun but we got lucky and it hit our pool around 12 until sunset however some of our neighbours did not have such luck. I found in the air con in the room to be not cool enough through the night and did report this to reception which I was told it was on a sensor for energy efficiency so we would need to have an ‘active sleep’. The food in Acqua Sale was delicious, portion sizes were fairly large and reasonably priced. Kostas was our server everyday and in my opinion the best member of staff we encountered with such a lovely, warm personality although it’s worth noting that all staff members were friendly. We had the buffet at Terra Mare which personally I think is overpriced for the quality of food (not from cooking stations, this was a lot tastier). It cost €35 per person and tasted like what you would get at an all inclusive, not what you expect from a 5 star resort. Lindos is very close to the resort and is only around a 10 minute drive. You can request a taxi from reception however they do add a €3.50 charge for this which isn’t transparent and I only learned this after reading other reviews. This should either be lowered or waived as it is a fairly high charge for simply picking up the phone. The main pool is stunning with an amazing view of the bay. The Sunbeds around the pool are also a good quality and we were always able to get one.

I spent a week in this resort in a junior - suite with a private pool.
I start my review from the critical aspects, hoping that they will be accepted in a positive and constructive way to improve this beautiful resort. The preparation of the room on arrival was a little insufficient: I found hair from previous guests; there was no soap for the shower; the batteries in the safe were dead. All this gave me the feeling that there is no prior inspection of the room by a supervisor. Over the next few days, living there, I noticed other aspects that needed improvement because they were particularly annoying: - it is not possible to darken the rooms adequately, so from very early in the morning you are 'kissed' by sunlight and during the night by external lighting; - during the night, without interruption, the pumps in the private swimming pool continue to work to change and clean the water. This causes a lot of noise that cannot be eliminated; - the rooms and especially the outdoor pools are not sufficiently separated, so there is no privacy and therefore your neighbour can easily see what you are doing; - there is an Illy capsule coffee machine in the room but, except for the first use, capsules are charged for and even this is frankly not acceptable for a 5-star resort. On to the positives, which are prevalent. The staff are mostly young people, very helpful, friendly and ready to solve any problems. The restaurant offers a wide variety of choices and, despite being buffet-style, the quality of the food is very good. The wine list, on the other hand, is rather limited and the wine prices are a bit excessive. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the restaurant staff, all of whom are extremely friendly and professional, in particular: Marianna, Ioanna, Lydia, Alexandra and their manager Dimitra. To them I send my heartfelt thanks. Thanks also to Christos who is the bellboy who takes care of everything and Maria at reception. Overall, then, my feedback is positive. It is important to get into the Greek mentality which is also made up of a few inaccuracies, but at the same time also of warm hospitality and the ability to solve problems constructively. That is why I hope that my criticism will be appreciated as a stimulus for improvement and not as negative arguments for their own sake. I enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon because I left my heart there.

This is the last night of our THIRD visit to this hotel and we are so sad to leave this place that we are already looking up availability for two more visits next year. Cannot fault the beautiful rooms , infinity pool, stunning views, wonderful staff and gorgeous food. No words can describe the feeling of peace and relaxation here - a place where you can 100% recharge your batteries. The staff are all so helpful and kind and the management truly care about their staff, guests and maintaining the highest of standards throughout their hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a small piece of paradise. A very special thank you to Ensa who made us feel so special again and Katerina and Georgios you were sorely missed but we are glad you are having a few days to recharge yourselves.

On first impressions the hotel is very impressive, the lobby is large and modern with a fabulous view over the pool and out to sea. Check in was bizarre, we were sat down and told to download the app and check ourselves in, while we did this a member of staff was sat with us and 2 receptionist were at the desk so why they couldn't check us in I've no idea. It was a very cold welcome and not relaxing after a long journey. As our room wasn't ready we went for lunch in the hotel and despite few people in the restaurant the service was slow, not friendly and the food basic. Our suite was modern and bright but the seating area was depressing. The sofa was dirty and the furniture similar to Ikea furniture. We generally book a suite so my husband can work but he didn't use it once. The view from the balcony was very nice but it barely got used due to the horrific stench of sewage most of the time. We complained but we were told nothing could be done. The hotel is on the beachfront and sunbeds are complimentary. Food and drink are available to order and our beach waiter Sakis was absolutely fantastic. He was always smiling and friendly. I have been lucky to have stayed in many 4&5 star hotels and this hotel isn't a five star.

I'm sitting in reception looking out at the stunning infinity pool that literally makes it appear that the pool leads directly out to the sea.... simply beautiful! We return home in an hour so what better time to write a review? The hotel is beautifully clean, stylish, minimalist and has beautiful views over the bay of Vlycha. Our room wasn't quite to our expectation in terms of sea view but it was no bother, we were offered a new room the next day which was absolutely perfect AND an upgrade! Thankyou so much to the lovely reception team who work made this possible. During our stay we tried 3 of the restaurants, the Italian one, the seafood one and the pan-asian. In each, the food was beautifully presented and delicious. A particular mention to Alex, Tsabika and Harris(Charris) all whom looked after us so well and took the time to chat and make us feel special and taken care of. Katerina the guest relations lady is a delight and introduced me to the head of housekeeping (sorry I forgot your name) who was a sweetheart too. Everyone seems to work so hard from the lovely lady who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a huge genuine smile to the cheery housekeeping team. "Stanley Tucci" on reception and the other staff on front of house were efficient and always friendly. We didn't use the spa but we did go to the beach and the beach attendant was always friendly and helpful. My one slight criticism is that it would be nice to be able to sit at one of the many pool side tables to eat bar snacks rather than only at your sunbed. I also feel that the bar staff should keep the table part of the cabanas clean rather than relying on housekeeping....I feel they have enough to do! One was dirty for two days with chocolate and when I informed reception they called housekeeping which seemed a bit strange to me? Overall I would highly recommend the Lindos Grand Resort and Spa if you want chilled out vibes, peace and quiet and to relax and unwind. It's not a party place, you would need to go into Lindos town for that and that's pretty chilled out too but definitely worth visiting. Thankyou Team Lindos Grand Resort and Spa for a great holiday xx

We recently stayed and overall had a very good experience we were in a pool suite at the top of a very steep hill - but the golf buggies made this easier! We were a party of 4 and my daughter and her partner were about as far from our room as possible! The view from room was mainly good although part of view was the top of other rooms. Our pool had sun until about 4pm. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The prices at the hotel were more expensive than in Lindos but there was an excellent choice at both the breakfast buffet and evening meal buffet. We did not eat in the a la carte restaurants preferring to go into Lindos. The staff on the whole were courteous and helpful. However it should be noted that inflatables are not to be used in the main pool - which I discovered when I was shouted at by a very rude man who I later discovered was the General Manager. This was an unfortunate incident as although I fully appreciate health and safety concerns there are ways to deal with things appropriately and yelling at guests in front of circa 50 other guests is not the way to do it! The pool rules are situated well away from the pool where I had never been - I did suggest the entrance to the pool was the appropriate place to display the rules! The Guest Relations Manager did his utmost to resolve the situation but GM refused request for an apology. This happened on the last day (which was also my daughters birthday and the situation had both her and I in tears)and blighted what up until then had been an idyllic holiday! I would recommend the hotel but if you want to use floats stay in your own pool!
