D'Andrea Mare Beach Hotel

Me and my partner stayed here in September for 9 nights, the hotel staff were absolutely amazing throughout the entire stay. At night the hotel is very peaceful, we took a walk to the beach which is right at your doorstep. The hotel aesthetic was beautiful. Very clean, modern and beautiful. The pools were amazing, the sea is right next to you so you can choose between the two. We never found the sunbeds to be an issue as there is always ones on the grass to be used. The food was incredible, I’ve never really enjoyed food abroad in hotels but they made different meals daily and you have a snack bar with gyros and other items. We absolutely loved our stay here, our room was lovely, tidied everyday apart from a Monday. The staff were so kind and helpful, they baked me a cake for my birthday and helped my partner decorate the room. The aircon was perfect, the hotel was always so clean and tidy, the decoration of the hotel was beautiful. If you’re thinking about staying I’d definitely choose this hotel. Such a beautiful holiday and a wonderful stay❤️

Our stay at D’Andrea Mare was amazing. It was really the dream vacation we needed. The hotel is really close to the airport and is next to the sea. The swimming pool is gorgeous, the garden area is really nice and there is a direct access to the beach. The variety of the food of the restaurant is incredible and everything is really good and qualitative. The only downside would be the sound of planes passing over the hotel, even though there aren’t that many and you get used to them pretty fast. A special thank you to the animation team with Zoe, Emily, Tristan and of course Felix for their super job! Always there to give us a smile and entertaining us with activities throughout the day and in the evening as well. We were also really pleased with the restaurant and bar staff who did an incredible job. We will definitely come back, ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ !

I went to D’andrea Mare for 2 weeks with my family. We came here on the 18th of September until the 2nd of October. What a wonderful hotel, with nice rooms, amazing cocktails and good food. What I enjoyed the most was the animation team. Especially Zoë who did a wonderful job with the aquagym and coming by to talk with us while we were having a drink. She’s a pure person with a good heart and made the holiday way more enjoyable! Also Emelie was incredible, she took good care of the kids while they were playing at the so called ‘kids club’, and did rock painting with them along with other things. The kids absolutely loved both Zoë & Emelie. What I disliked was when a new employee came and changed some things around. I used to really enjoy the aquagym/aquazumba, but he made it very weird. We had to massage/touch each other which I and some other guests didn’t really feel comfortable with. We enjoyed the way Zoë did it a lot, and it would be better if it stayed that way. A lot of other guests agreed with me. Also it felt like the music became louder, so it was harder to talk to eachother, and there was a lot more screaming. We also noticed that since those changed the other people of the animation team had less time to come talk to us, which was a bummer because that’s what made our stay so enjoyable. Why change something that was already so perfect? A lot of guests agreed on this, so it’s best to keep it how it was! For the rest I had a really enjoyable and lovely holiday here, I will definitely come back! The hotel and animation was perfect with a special thanks to Zoë & Emelie. And also thanks to George, Nikos & Dimitri for making the really good cocktails!

Some recent reviews made us question our choice but now we have been we really don't understand some of the really negative reviews ! We requested our Seaview room to overlook the pool and that it was my husbands birthday the day we arrived . The hotel didn't dissapoint as we got the view we wanted plus a selection of chocolates and a chilled bottle of wine with card with birthday wishes . Lovely spacious room with beautiful view and perfect aircon and plenty of storage space . My only criticism would be for management to check the bathroom of this room as it seriously needs a new bath and certainly isn't on par for a 4 star bathroom ! That was the only down side and it seriously needs addressing. And also more electric power points in the room would be good Anyway the rest of the hotel is beautiful but maybe a little more signage as to where everything is would be good . Cleaners work tirelessly throughout the day and keep everything clean and tidy . The previous reviews about cups and straws floating in the pool Well we saw none of that and as for toilets being wet ... Well they will be with people going in wet from the pool or sea and this is not the hotels fault . Food was amazing and the restaurant manager is very helpful and a hard working polite team . George at the pool bar is lovely and always smiling and remembers everyone's drinks . The Animation team Wow ! Leslie and team work so well together and include everyone ! My Husband particularly enjoyed the volleyball and water polo when the new goals eventually arrived . Now to get new darts for the Animation team please . . Entertainment in the evening was also pretty good when we were there . Leslie shone through again with his singing and knowledge of music . Leslie is such lovable Character and so knowledgeable and speaking several languages meaning all guests made to feel welcome . Leslie you are a true credit to this hotel and made our holiday very memorable and we appreciated that So a big thankyou to you . Would we stay again Yes we would but you need to update and upgrade certain things like we mentioned earlier .

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was a sea view but was a little tired. The daily cleaning service was fantastic. The food was amazing and the entertainment team made each day fun. We took dinners on the grass each day which we found a lot more peaceful

Our first visit to this hotel My wife found this little gem hate to say it but its all thanks to her So clean the cleaners work very hard to keep it that way And they are a credit to the hotel The food in restaurant is very good with different themes each evening If I'm honest not as much choice as some I've been to BUT enough choice at good quality The restaurant manager is so helpful I asked for beef in my gyros the next day it was there waiting The bar staff in the swim up and outside bar so friendly and helpful Big mention to smiling george from first serving he remembered our drinks now to the complete nutter lol Leslie and his team such a fun entertainment team it's so nice when you are 63 and go somewhere where you are still included and not just passed by I was so close to going to club night in falaraki..........yer right A private message to Leslie more music questions I might have done better lol not movie movie movie Would we come back yes without a doubt beautiful scenery lovely pool Management you have a seriously good team here dont lose them Ohh and please buy some new darts for entertainment team i might have won that game Great holiday Thankyou all

This was our second time coming to this hotel in Rhodes and it was just as great as the first when we visited 2 years ago. Leslie and the entertainment gang were so much fun and took the time to get to know guests which was really nice, they were a right laugh and kept everyone busy throughout the day with activities if you wanted to join in. Absolutely everything was perfect again we cannot fault this hotel one bit. Thank you to Maria for helping me arrange a birthday surprise for my Fiancé for when we arrived too, the cake was delicious! The newly upgraded car park and annex make the grounds look even better than before. They offer easy and cheap transport services to and from Rhodes town also. Everything is always clean and well kept, reception/bar/restaurant staff are lovely and you’re always greeted with a smile and the food is delicious and changes cuisines each night, if you’re looking for a smooth, hassle free, chill holiday with beautiful sea views then this is the hotel for it. We’ve had another super relaxing and fun stay here yet again, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Rhodes and I’m certain we’ll be back again at some point in the future. Having just returned from 10 days at your hotel I’d like to share my views. Having read some of the reviews again, I feel that quite a few of the observations made recently are unfair. Having said that, people are entitled to their opinion of which are completely subjective. As a group of 9, two families including 5 adults and 4 children we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On arrival day, we arrived late and were treated with a warm welcome. We were also upgraded to suites. Food was also made available to us all. Our rooms were great, very clean and really comfy beds with an amazing sea view. We also had an amazing cleaner who providing clean towels every day (even on the non-clean day). The pool area was great. Our children loved the water slide and the lazy river. They also loved diving in the deep end and playing in the main pool. I have read the complaints that the pool was dirty with rubbish and hair in it. The rubbish would be the paper straw sleeves but that was occasional and only as a result of people leaving them on the pool bar where the water splashes over rather than handing them back to the bar staff to dispose of. If people cleaned up after themselves then that wouldn’t happen. As for hair, you would find the odd hair but what do you expect from pool being used by many guests taking part in the fun daily aqua aerobics and Zumba (especially when Leslie took the session). We all took part in the daily activities including our children. They are still singing the club dance song and doing the dance. The pool had loads of room and was warm. The only downsides to the pool area were the towel/sun bed wars! And the pool toilet. As for the sun bed situation, I agree with other comments. It’s not great having to set an alarm for 6:45 to get up and run down to put towels down to bag a few beds but if you don’t you won’t get any around the pool. As a group of 9 we were lucky if we would get 4 beds. However, towel wars are not specific to this hotel, it happens all over the world. Day 1 as an example, we had not got up early enough and by the time we got down at around 10 ish there were no beds. We put two chairs by the pool next to two sun beds which had the hotel towels draped over and were unoccupied. By 1pm they were still unoccupied so we decided to use them. At 4:30 the couple turned up scowling at us!! Some people do take the p*$$! In my opinion that is purse selfish behaviour and not the fault of the hotel. As for the toilet. The floors do get wet and dirty but I did see them being cleaned. I’m not sure what the hotel does to stop this problem as the floor gets wet from people using them whilst soaked having got out of the pool. And the dirt comes from people walking off the beach to use the toilet. For those not using the pool they could easily go inside the hotel to use the toilets which were spotless. Again it goes back to the guests. If people dried themselves first maybe there wouldn’t be such an issue. Hats off to George

First of all I want to thank the staff of the hotel for getting us in, in a Really polaid way! Kostas you are an amazing human being. Food: for everyone there was plenty of choices to choose, every night there was something different. Pool: when I read the reviews below, I think people are being to much About the quality, to be honest it’s more then fine.. if Some people just trow their own garbage away, instead of complaining about the cleanliness, the half of the problem would be solved. Entertainment: The best part of our holiday was the animation team, how they did the daily activities, untill the night. A big massive shout out to them, in particular Leslie for being polaid, kind and make us feel welcome. We went to a lot of all inclusive hotels but this one is by far the best we have been to. We went to party, had fun and the next day you Saw the team full of energy Again make unforgettable memories with the kids and the adults. Thank you Leslie! Location: Was more quiet around, but you had Nice places around like The rainbow bar.
