Lindos Sun Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Lindos Sun. The service was excellent, the food good, and the poolside restaurant was a pleasant surprise — offering generous portions at very reasonable prices. We were lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to one with a private pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A few minor downsides: the nearest supermarket is about a 25-minute walk away along a busy road, so we recommend taking the bus, which conveniently stops right outside the hotel. Breakfast was good overall, though drinks had to be ordered through the staff rather than being self-serve. This sometimes led to delays — drinks arrived 10–15 minutes after we’d finished eating, which was a bit inconvenient. All in all, we had a great experience at Lindos Sun. While there are a few small areas for improvement, it’s a lovely hotel that offers great value and service.

This was our first B&B experience (after normally doing all inclusive hotels) Lindos Sun is a beautiful hotel offering white washed 2 storey villa type apartments. The pool is stunning ( crystal clear) and loads of space around it for the sun beds. There was always unused beds and no need to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve a bed. We stayed in the superior room ( in the relatively new block) but they are similar to the classic rooms ( in the older block) - other than being slightly larger (especially in the bathroom) and having door/window shutters. The breakfast is exceptional - huge choice and very tasty- probably the best we have ever experienced. Yes the hotel is not in Lindos but a mile out on the road to Pefkos. You would not want to walk in the heat. The bus stop is outside the hotel and is very efficient and cheap - 2 euros to Lindos and Pefkos. Both places we visited regularly and have loads of restaurants. Pefkos is a real find and slightly cheaper than Lindos. The al a carte restaurant on site ( situated in a fabulous new building built in 2025) is fine dining at its best and whilst a bit pricey delivered the best food we had. The customer service, waiter and waitress service was excellent. Whilst it is not an adults only hotel it is mainly Uk couples - with the odd baby toddler. The local beach (less than a mile away) is beautiful and quiet with great snorkelling and crystal clear blue sea. You can use the Lindian hotel beach sunbeds and large pool for 30 Euros a couple - great value. Overall a fantastic experience and we will be returning.

Writing this as we wait for transfer bus. If you have booked this hotel you won't regret it. From walking in the gates we were blown away by its beautiful, traditional, yet modern setting. Rooms are clean, spacious and have beautiful views. Pool area has plenty sun loungers and is spotlessly clean. The staff, what can I say, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Special shout out to the sisters in the pool bar, the girls in the restaurant and the chef. Also Neil who helps out in the bar, he's always smiling and willing to help. The food is exceptional, breakfast has so much choice, pool bar, gorgeous food and massive portions and Le Grec, fine dining is out of this world. You will not be disappointed with Lindos Sun Hotel.

WOW WOW WOW!! Just spent 10 amazing days at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived to the final day everything has been amazing. I cannot fault this hotel. The hotel reception is bright cool and so welcoming. Our bags were taken to our rooms and the man on reception explained everything to us. The rooms have a mini bar coffee making facilities. The bathroom has hairdryer the cutest shower and complimentary shower gel shampoos and conditioner. Lovely crisp white sheets and so bright and clean. Breakfast is amazing so much choice all fresh the fruits are amazing. Pastry’s galore eggs anyway you want them constantly being replenished. Choice of drinks excellent. The waiting staff work very hard. Nadia is the sweetest girl and was so kind and generous a beautiful soul. The pool area is lovely always a sun-bed none of that towel to sun-bed fighting. Pool bar amazing the 2 sisters who run it are so lovely on our last day it was so hot and they came round the pool with ice cold flannels for everyone. The menu is excellent and very reasonably priced. We ate in the a la cart restaurant excellent food and service 5star. In the evening the bar is fresh modern and comfortable and mikalangelo is fabulous. He made me laugh every night makes amazing cocktails and nothing is too much trouble. The manager in reception went above and beyond for us when we needed some help and we are extremely grateful. Thank you everyone

Great place; excellent staff, great breakfast, lovely snack bar for lunch and a la carte restaurant for the evening - all priced very reasonably, as was the bar. The bar in the evening stays open until late (1am) and Michaelangelo makes great cocktails. The rooms are decent sized and very clean. The pool is massive, and although it's on the main road it is very quiet. Lindos is a 20 minute walk but it's hot so we used a taxi which is 10 €.
