Electra Palace Rhodes - Premium All Inclusive

After a perfect holiday at the Electra Palace last year in August, we could not resist going back and seeing what they have done renovations wise. It did not disappoint, even better! The pool, pool bar, and entrainment were brilliant and massively improved, I really enjoyed the 60'/70's rock and toll band, please keto them gor next year!. The food, especially the Greek restaurant, was great. Big shout out to Anglina and Billy at the pool bar, who were great and nice to the children, who kept on asking for ice cubes. The new rooms were fab, double balcony great inside, and now if you want to chill, you can cast Netflicks for the kids. Look forward yo seeing what yhere might do this close season. We shall be back next October. My daughter says it'd her happy place this hotel, enough said. It was great you could ha e a toom for 40 minutes in the evening yo freshen up and shower before the flights back home. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for more great memories.

On hols Here again ,been coming since getting engaged in 97 , just arrived 7th may what a fabulous suprise 😍 the new updates are out of this world 😍new style restaurant with beautiful hand served foods to choose. .Luxury everywhere you look cabanas to bath on choice of pools . luxury bus service from the door the list is endless staff all polite and so helpful too . Ok. So we stayed for 9 nights. We arrived after midnight. After a long day it was a relief. We were greeted by Joe on reception. A lovely man. Greeted us with a lovely smile and gave us all the information we needed. Now this is a 5 star hotel, after staying in a really bad 4 star last year, we were really shocked at no small food bag made up for late arrivals. Last year we got this as I said from a really bad 4 star. Went to our room which was great on the 5th floor facing the pool. On opening the wardrobe door it fell off. Theses doors are quite heavy and had been put on with the smallest of screws. Not a problem Joe got it fixed the next day. We went down to the bar and had a drink. Local beer was really nice and was well needed. We stayed in room 1529 and the cleaner was fab. Rooms cleaned daily fresh towels and bedding absolutely great service and great beds. First couple of days you get used to the hotel and what it has to offer. Not a lot for 5 star. Good points were. Great staff on reception, restaurants and most of the time bar staff depending who was on. Pool bar after 2 days run out of pina coladas. Never to return. The coke was awful all you could taste was syrup. I could not understand why they have 1 member of staff on the pool bar that just takes your room number and nothing else with people waiting to be served. The pool area and surroundings are great. No fighting for sunbeds there are plenty along with ample comfortable seating by the pool bar. At the font of the hotel beach side again plenty of sunbeds and seating. Lifeguards on duty both beach and pool. In the restaurant food was good and plentiful. You are taken to a table when you arrive. At breakfast you get your own drinks from the machine provide. Lunch time you need to get the waiters attention and they will get your drinks if they are not rushed off their feet. Evening is a totally different game. It’s really busy with at times upto 10/20 people queuing it’s seems to be so not organised and you definitely don’t get great service as they are short staffed. At night they only put 1 bar staff on each of the 2 bars. Which 1 of them close at 9pm. Be prepare to wait, if they are making cocktails it takes time. They run out of glasses and you get whatever glass is available. Small tumbles fir beer make sure you get 2 or you will be queuing again. Plastic glasses also used indoors at night. It’s not the staffs fault it’s down to poor management. Ice cream parlour was great lots of variety and bottles of water available. Pastry snack bar ok if you want something light but not great variety at times. Worst part of the hotel is the music around the pool it’s shocking. Please make your own minds up but lots of people complaining. It’s was like being in Ibiza but really depressing music mixed with an Ibiza vibe beat. Only time it was good was when the DJ went for his lunch and it was far too loud which spoils your day round the pool. On our last day we booked a time f

Just returned from a week there Was welcomed on arrival by the friendly reception staff Then went to own room in the new part of the hotel,Room 2211 On entering the room, the TV had our name on it Nice touch Room was beautiful with a lovely view of the pool The pool had Luvly beds in the pool But if you want one of these Then welcome to the 4.45am club The restaurant was lovely outside The staff work tirelessly I think they need more staff at time Can be chaotic at peak times The Greek in the Italian à la carte were amazing The food was beautiful and the service was excellent We took a trip to Symi through TUI and a trip to the old town through the hotel Go early because it gets hot later on The wine bar evening is excellent Lots of wines to choose and the service is excellent I can’t say enough about this hotel Can’t wait to go back

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were very nice and we had a great time in them. We also enjoyed the food and drinks that were very good. The pool was very clean and the staff were friendly and hospitable. I would like to recommend the spa services. They were very helpful and informative. I had a 70 minute massage with the wonderful therapist Katerina. She has the touch of an angel and really helped me relax and clear my mind. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

This trip was my first solo trip and the staff could not have made me feel more welcome and comfortable, everyone was really friendly. The food in the buffet was wonderful for all of the meals, with lots of choice. It was only a 15 minute walk into the town and it was great to have a beachfront location. There were lots of different areas to sit outside with plenty of sun beds available. The room itself was very spacious and the beds were comfy. However, the only draw back of the hotel was that the walls are extremely thin and you could hear the whole conversation of the people in the room next door as if they were in the same room as you. I had a poolside view room and the evening entertainment in the bar below was again quite loud until 11pm.

Really lovely hotel , friendly staff , good food and lovely environment . Definitely worth a visit and great value for money . Beds comforable and food great

Just left from a 5 night stay at Electra palace with my girlfriend. When we arrived at the hotel we were told the main restaurant was not open for the first two days due to it being the start of the season, which was disappointing but the staff allowed us to eat at the Italian restaurant which was lovely. The room was great, very tidy and modern, nice local welcome gifts. The food in the main restaurant was very good quality compared to other resorts I have stayed in the past. The staff are all really nice, helpful and work so hard. If you want a drink at the bar that’s not on the menu then they will try their best to make them. If you want help at the main desk then they will help book taxis ect. The hostess and restaurant staff do a good job of seating you and taking empty places away. All in all a great experience, only negative I found was theres not much around the hotel but the hotel offers so much so it’s not an issue. It would also be great to have menus present in the bar areas, I think this would be really helpful for guests as we was trying to look at menus on the website and they different based on which bar you was drinking at. We would definitely recommend. Thank you team electra!
