We spent a very nice holiday in Faliraki Beach! The staff was awesome with professionalism and kindness. They even arrange a perfect last minute transfer with baby seats for us. Everything is very clean, the food delicious, also the cocktails. I recommand!

Our 9th time to this wonderful hotel everything you need in one spot beautiful beach, a la cartes amazing, staff can not do enough for you the wonderful desponia, nevela, Matilda, mykalis at the beach bar attend to your every need, the beach hut with fruit platter and Prosecco amazing, the sun loungers are so comfortable near the pool, the restaurant manager very accommodating all in all a wonderful place to holiday we will see you in September

The experience in this hotel was beyond our expectations. We had such a great time with our 6 year old. There are plenty of options for kids like different kinds of watersides, a lovely playground and a kids club with lots of activities to enjoy. The room was lovely and the beds extremely comfortable. A bit more closet space would have been nice but we managed. The main restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food. There was a good deal of options for kids, as well as vegan and vegetarian meals. Additionally you had the chance to book a table in one of their 6 tasty speciality restaurants. Last but not least I need to mention the staff. In every area they were on top of their game and extremely friendly and helpful. The service in the restaurant was capable, kind, attentive and super organized. You are welcomed with a lovely smile from hostess Christina, then Christos, Nevila and Dimitri will take care of your well being and will make your stay in the restaurant a memorable experience. We had so much fun - Thank you for everything, we will be back.

Holiday didn’t start well,free transport to hotel was messed up,ended up paying for taxi,took hotel one week to pay refund.During this time Luisa was very helpful .After my problem with illness during our visit in October,I had some concerns,but these turned out to be unfounded.The food and service in all the A La Carte restaurants was excellent as were the staff,however as last year the brunch didn’t impress me.Service at the main bar was great as were the waiters.On a final note,I would like to thank Michaelis at the beach bar who I have known for many years.Finally I hope my points get updated soon.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, guests are treated with friendly and polite manner. Children are warmly welcomed. You can find spa, gym, pools, bars, restaurants. All-inclusive here really means all-inclusive, you can taste all kinds of tasty dishes. Guests are even given gifts by the hotel which makes you feel even more appreciated.

Had a one week stay with my wife and friends. This was our fourth visit. I honestly can't fault this hotel, it is incredibly clean and the staff are absolutely amazing, they make our stay so relaxing. In particular Michalis and Nikos at the beach bar, these guys are a credit to the hotel. Also a big thank you to Nevila (not sure of correct spelling) in the main restaurant. She was so welcoming and always greeted us with a smile and a hug. See you next year!

We had a fantastic stay, all the staff members are superb - from those working in all the restaurants, to the gym, and housekeeping to the bar people and not forgetting the amazing crepe lady! The variety of food in the main buffet is excellent with different options at breakfast, lunch and in the evenings. An added bonus is the great selection of other restaurants to experience, make sure you have a look at these before your holiday and book before you get there, the Sushi and champagne evening was a highlight. The cocktail selection is extensive. Our minor critique would be that we made the assumption that the transfer included both ways, (we booked directly with Mitsis) it was only as we checked with reception a few days before our departure, that we were told Mitsis did not provide the return airport transfer and we had to book a taxi. Had we not checked I am not sure when we would have realised this, and feel this should be made clearer when booking or on arrival. The end of April was a great time to visit, warm enough and not at full capacity, a near perfect holiday, thank you.

Had to write a review now, even tho we just arrived a few days ago. We are happy with our stay, at least the most of it. When we arrived we were told that they had given us the best room with the best view, and the view was beautiful, but there was a strong smell of drains/sewage coming from the bathroom. It got worse and worse during the day , they said we could not get a roomchange before the second night because it was fully booked, which we understand, but sleeping in that smell was awfull! We got another room in the end, but now we have the view of the parking area, and it's noicy, we also think the guy in the reception was a bit rude when we asked if there was a room with a better view. It should not smell like sewage in a 5 star hotel, and we don't feel like we have been compensated for having to live with that horrific smell. The staff in the restaurants and bars are the only thing that makes us wanna stay a**. They are great!
