Enjoyable stay in this hotel. We were upgraded to All Inclusive which we can have unlimited drinks and food. But the lunch and dinner buffet is a bit repetitive. Staff in the restaurant were nice but they seldom refill our drinks. Also, the swimming pool is so small, which barely can swim.

The hotel is unexpectedly good, with a free mini bar and a very good buffet. There is a live show in the swimming pool on weekends, which is very relaxing! I hope to stay here again if I have the chance

The room is neat and clean, the bed banner and quilt cover exude a relaxing perfume smell, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows have a sea-view balcony. There are also three buffets a day, with fruits, desserts, and staple foods in many styles, and they are delicious. The residents are basically white people on vacation. A super experience!

Had a lovely holiday at this hotel - friendly staff, very clean and good location - close to beach and attractions. Food was generally good, if rather plain - Would totally recommend.

The hotel was nice, the food was good and the staff was really nice and helpful. Had a plast and would definetly go again. It was a fun experience the beach was close so didnt have to walk long distances. The Rhodes old town was close aswell ☺️

The Mitsis Petit Palais Hotel is a truly lovely hotel to stay at whilst in Rhodes. It is a very clean & welcoming hotel & the front desk staff are amazing. They will help with absolutely everything, from taking bags to & from the rooms, to organising sightseeing tours, to checking guests in with their airlines & transfer services for their return trip. The buffet restaurant is fabulous. The selection of food at every mealtime is extensive & very tasty. The hotel is located only a short walk away from the Old Town & there is so much to see & do in the immediate vicinity. The local beaches are also fabulous. All in all, we had a brilliant stay at the Mitsis Petit Palais.

Friendly, helpful staff, in particular the ladies in reception, the porters and restaurant staff, Manwell and Clara were especially attentive and welcoming at breakfast times. There was a problem with the booking, I had booked the garden room at an increased cost, we arrived Monday evening and was allocated a room on the 6th floor and told there were no garden rooms available, after speaking to the reservation manager the next day we were offered to move to a sea view room on Wednesday, we were shown the room but it was a smaller room on the 7th floor with no lift access to that floor so I decided to stay on the 6th floor. At the pool bar Alex was nice enough but felt he had his favourite customers. The main barman inside was rude on my first day, I was explaining I wanted a small amount of alcohol, at this point I wasn’t sure if alcohol was measured or not in this region, I explained the measures in England and was told ‘you’re not in England now, I felt that was a rude and unnecessary response. Other than that our stay was good.

Overall our stay was very good, the only slight grumble would just be the size of the pool & amount of sun beds, but the proximity to the beach is a decent compromise. Happy with our stay!

The staff at this hotel are fantastic! Honestly they are the nicest most down to earth team at a hotel k have come across in Greece. The hotel itself is a bit old and run down but if you’re into retro vibes then this is it; but it is fine to sleep in. The food and location in the area is great and everything is super walkable. So if you’re okay with an average place to sleep in the heart of Rhodes then this is a good pick. If you’re more of a 5-star kind of person then look elsewhere.

Liked: Friendliness of the staff was excellent. Didn't like: Only one barman in main bar when entertainment was in bar - too busy to serve e eryone.

Love it here! Staff wonderful, entertainment great! Food lovely, location fantastic. The only thing id recommend don't worry about doing your hair as this area is very windy.

Great stay, fab service. We were only there a few days before flying home. One observation...we appeciated the eco friendly linen changing signs in the rooms and bathrooms. We thought we followed those instructions but towels seemed to be changed anyway. It didn’t spoil our stay at all but perhaps a reminder to housekeeping might help. Thank you to all the staff.
