Enjoyable stay in this hotel. We were upgraded to All Inclusive which we can have unlimited drinks and food. But the lunch and dinner buffet is a bit repetitive. Staff in the restaurant were nice but they seldom refill our drinks. Also, the swimming pool is so small, which barely can swim.

The location of the hotel is ideal. Next to the coast of Elli, where there are many beach bar options, but also about 10' from the center of the old town. The hotel staff is excellent, especially the reception guys.

The hotel is unexpectedly good, with a free mini bar and a very good buffet. There is a live show in the swimming pool on weekends, which is very relaxing! I hope to stay here again if I have the chance

The room is neat and clean, the bed banner and quilt cover exude a relaxing perfume smell, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows have a sea-view balcony. There are also three buffets a day, with fruits, desserts, and staple foods in many styles, and they are delicious. The residents are basically white people on vacation. A super experience!

This hotel is OKish, room is comfortable, but the bathroom slopes, and so does the corridor to the lift, We have stayed at a lot of Mitsi hotels, but sadly this one is just about OK, when looking online the pool area looks great but in real terms it isn’t, it’s tiny and cramped, the pool bar is adequate but the all inclusive beer isn’t, their is an alternative beer available at extra cost, it’s just tastes bland, The food in the restaurant is OK, and that’s about it I’m afraid, in your room you get a fridge that is topped up with complimentary drinks but it’s only topped up every 4 days, when we arrived it was hot and we were thirsty the hotel kindly leave some food for you on arrival as the restaurant is closed we had some rolls and cakes left for us which we were grateful for but the fridge wasn’t working and the drinks were warm, today is Monday and we go home Thursday and to be honest I can’t wait to go, I am disappointed but theirs not a lot we can do, the walk into the old town is great with plenty of places too stop and get a drink along the way if you need too, the walk is about 15-20 minutes and the old town is stunning, but I’m afraid I will not be returning to this particular hotel

Nectarios's pizza is THE BEST!!!!! This stay was absolutely amazing the food in the hotel was the best in town, nothing we ate matched it. The room itself is very vintage, the pool is ilttle but we did not use it. Absolutely recommended! :))))

We booked Petit Palais for our honeymoon and it is the first 4-Star hotel we have stayed at. I think it has spoiled us...From the minute we walked into the hotel the staff were very friendly, took our bags and offered us a drink.The food at the hotel deserves its own paragraph…. Quite honestly outstanding!! I love that you can choose from buffet.The pool was perfect for families and always very clean. Our room was very spacious, clean and had great views over the sea with a very comfy bed. Will definitely be back.
