Happy Days Hotel, Adults Only

Just returned from a lovely week in Happy Days. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and very helpful. I’d be very happy to return again. We were very much looking forward to a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got. Some things to consider if booking: Rhodes town is 30mins away depending on traffic (35e by taxi or 3e by bus) Buses come at irregular times and are very packed. Hotel is very quiet which suited us but if you want some music or entertainment this may not be the area for you. Lindos is very difficult to travel to from this side of the island but not impossible. Planning is required and may take up to 2hrs. Lots to do and see in Rhodes

This is our 9th time to the hotel and we have had a wonderful holiday The staff have looked after us like family and always do The only change is there is now no all inclusive and now its half board or just breakfast but because of this the food has improved 100% in the evenings there is more variety and overall the food tastes much better My only criticism is there is not full internet access in all rooms but I believe that Manos the owner is looking at that This year our daughter and her partner Kim joined us for our 10 days at happy days and were welcome with open arms enough to make them return with us next year Plus I need to add this I had my Birthday out there this year and the Manos and the rest of the staff gave me a little Birthday Party many thanks for that it was so nice I see people giving the hotel bad reviews for some silly reasons and its unfair every year the hotel improves and money you can see is put back in to it We look forward to coming back next September for our yearly holiday with our Greek family Big thanks to George and Christoph and Anastasia, Mary and last but no least The hotel owner Manos and Ketie ( I hope I spelt it right)

I am travelling very often in different countries and I wanted to say this was the worse place ever to celebrate my mother and my brother's birthday. 1st of all they refused to gives us water at dinner while at breakfast the water was included, never around the world where i've been happened like this . 2nd Christopher the barman was shouting at us, was very unprofessional with the clients, calling my girlfriend arrogant, racist saying he had a black girlfriend and a yellow girlfriend, which I found it very disrespectful . Also was making comment when he went in England in Dublin in 1995 he had to pay for water in hotel. He was explaining how hes been to so many countries and he is an expert in making cocktails while he couldn't make the basic cocktails. The night staff an absolutely rude man with no manners like Christopher as one night my sister in law broke her toe nail and i went to the night staff receptionist to ask for a plaster and he refused to give me saying he doesn't have a First Aid. I have insisted it's illegal to not have a first aid in the hotel and finally after begging to stop the blood of the toe nail he gave me one. We have been told we can gather together in one room as long as its not lots of people, we were playing uno and at 00:00 was my moms bday where we sang her happy birthday, the night staff the same rude man was shouting to us from downstairs to stop making noises, we explained we only sing one song but he was keep shouting at us. In the meantime the manager was informed and called the hotel room where she shouted to my girlfriend, didn't let her talk . We only played one song. I totally not recommend this hotel at all if you want to enjoy your holiday. ONLY George and Anastasia from the hotel, the member of staff had manners and great communication and brilliant customer service, other then that we paid so much money for a family trip to not even enjoy it as the staff are even fighting within each other as i was witnessing on our first day after.

We arrived on the 15th September and we were greeted by George who met us getting out of our Taxi we made our way to the reception area and booked in We were given the warmest greeting and like normal treated like family We were there for 2 weeks and during that time it felt home from home the staff looked after us to the highest standards nothing was to much We have been coming to this hotel for years and I don't believe we will stop coming Our thanks to George and Christos and Kika And Maria and Mano's for being such a gracious host We come each year for a hotel who looks after us and they always do The area is quite and restful and the sun always shines Again thank you to everyone at Happy days for a restful and great holiday We will see you all next September

5 out of 5 without a doubt Can’t understand the bad reviews of this place. It’s great, clean… great food and pleasant. Would come back in a heartbeat. Recommend 100% Also Billy’s place next door is fantastic. People who wrote crap reviews are the type of people who would find a problem with the ritz.

We enjoyed fully our vacation in this wonderful hotel. Service was maybe the best we have ever had, really. Everyone from the lovely waitress in breakfast to hotel manager had excellent and friendly attitude, always ready to help and make our stay best possible. Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Location was good, peaceful and had good connections to Rodos city by local bus. Adults only made the hotel easy to relax by the pool. We highly recommend this hotel to couples that want to have quality time!
