Fantasy Hotel

We were really looking forward to this trip, the area made a good impression, but we didn't know that all the positive reviews were from regular guests! The truth is this: the food is bad, very bad, and the cheapest of the cheap. 3 day old pasta and a type of roast pork were reheated twice, with the result that the roast was really bad! The kitchen is almost exclusively German dishes, authentic Greek cuisine almost not at all except for once, when it was a barbecue in the evening. Drinks: some cheap brands mixed with chlorinated tap water, even the mineral water is so pathetic! It's all inclusive here. COFFEE is only available at certain times, everything else, but really everything, you have to pay extra, of course. Alcohol is also the cheapest on the market, nothing is for drinkers, the wine is like vinegar, you can't dilute it, chlorinated water in a hurry, cleanliness is so-so, the maid only comes every two days, does her job, the patio furniture is all showing its age and mostly broken. I didn't even see anything being replaced.

After two falls due to slipperiness and 1 wound in grandson's eye due to sharp edges swimming pool at restaurant. VERY bad help, probably no emergency response / first aid. They keep blaming you for everything and denying it. I do not care. I know better, but I think it's outrageous that they portray a boy as a liar. Even after wound eye, they let you get cold water yourself. Child alone on the couch in reception. But: food was decent, pools clean, other staff tried to do a good job, clean room and very nice. Management put their heads in the sand, when there were problems, several people had to experience this. I come back. Never never not, on to another hotel. Do I often complain: NO. Unser Zimmer war etwas ungewöhnlich mit dem Waschbecken im Flur, aber auch witzig. Dass sich die Glastür zum Bad nicht schließen lässt, ist eher nicht so toll. Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber. Ein großes Lob dafür an die Zimmermädchen! Auch waren alle sehr freundlich. Durch einen Fehler am Flughafen kamen wir erst 23.30 Uhr im Hotel an. Wir bekamen nichts zu essen und die Bar macht um Mitternacht zu. ( Wir waren seit 10 Uhr morgens unterwegs) .So mussten wir im Hotelshop Wasser kaufen ( 6 kleine Flaschen für 7 Euro) ! Das wird in anderen Hotels anders gehandhabt. Vielleicht kann man hier noch nachbessern. Die Hotelanlage ist ein Traum. Es gibt mehr als genug Plätze, je nach Geschmack. Ein Lob auch an die Küche. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Trotzdem gab etwas zu kritisieren: Zu All In gehört für uns, dass wir Kaffee trinken können, wenn wir das möchten ( nicht Nachts) . Leider gab es den nur zum Frühstück und von 16 bis 18 Uhr. Ansonsten an der Pool Bar für 2 Euro. Und für uns ganz unverständlich: im Land der Melonen und des Feta gab es das nur zum Abendessen. Warum? Das ist zum Beispiel auf Kreta zu jeder Mahlzeit da. Das Personal ist freundlich. Leider haben wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten, daher ist die Reise nicht schön gestartet. Uns wurde dann ein anderes Zimmer angeboten (nachdem wir uns mehrfach beschwert haben). Das renovierte Zimmer war wirklich vollkommen in Ordnung und schön hätten wir dieses von Anfang an bekommen. Wäre unsere Stimmung nicht so in den Keller gegangen Nach einem Tag mussten wir aus dem Zimmer wieder raus, um in ein anderes zu ziehen. Leider sind uns somit drei Tage unseres Urlaubes geklaut worden. Der Reiseleiter vor Ort war eine reinste Katastrophe. (da kann das Hotel nichts für). Essen ist okay aber man sollte keine hohen Ansprüche haben. Cocktails kosten fünf Euro.
