Our room was kept beautifully clean. We had a pool room with sea view and would thoroughly recommend it. Our mini fridge was fully stocked. And kept refreshed. The room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff in all departments were friendly. Professional and very helpful. Plenty of choices of food and of good standard. The grounds were kept nicely and very clean. It’s our second stay here and we will definitely be going back. Would have liked there to be a little information about nearby towns and transport to them. And would have liked to be able to use our pool in the evening. Felt that 6pm was a bit early for a private pool.

Arrived early morning so it wasn’t until the morning when we first saw the scale of the place, it’s vast! The food as far as we’re concerned was the best all inclusive food we have ever had, lots of choice and even more flavor! Drinks, again amazing and the staff that served all this amazingness were fantastic!

This was probably the best family holiday i could have hoped for! You couldn’t fault the resort, food, staff, activities, layout and to top it all, the room was perfect. We had a suite as our 15yr old son came with us. The layout was a large bedroom for mum and dad then an equally large lounge with two sofas which you could convert into very comfy beds. The two spaces were linked by a large balcony, the bathroom was vast with a separate toilet. There are notices on every toilet not to flush the toilet paper. That took a bit of getting used to. The food was excellent quality, beautifully prepared and served, fantastic choice of salads, cheeses, local dishes, fish, fruit, pasta, meats, pizza, vegan selection, gluten and dairy free…. The list is endless. If you can’t find something you like there’s definitely something wrong with you! The speciality restaurants were good, but to be honest I thought the food in the main restaurant was of such a high calibre, the speciality restaurants would struggle to top it. The dish’s we ordered were lovely, but no more special so don’t be too disappointed if you are not able to get a booking. Drinks were average, local spirits and wine, you can buy branded if you prefer. Slides were great, sadly we planned on using the sides on our last day but they were closed due to ‘poop’ disinfection. Tip - use the slides when you get the chance! Beach area was great too, lots of sun beds at all of the pools, never an issue with finding sun/shade. We tried a fraction of the activities, all were very good, you couldn’t try everything if you were there for a month! The entertainment staff were very good although I’m not confident that they are all qualified to teach the class they are taking. I say this as I am a qualified fitness instructor in some of the activities I took part in. But maybe I’m just being picky! All in all, I absolutely LOVED the resort and will be looking at going to another Magic Life resort again soon!

Overall a medium to high quality hotel. But you have to be German to love it. All children’s activity in German unfortunately. Staff: Nice staff, commonly from Albania and Germany. Helpful. They helped us service our stroller. Food: nice and clean in the main buffet with a variety of food. Nice ‘ coffee shop’ near the sea with poultry. If you don’t wish to have kids around you all the time ; you can find an adults only section in the restaurant. they have everything you need for kids in the restaurants, microwave, mixer, toddlers chair. Unfortunately they don’t make up for the ‘ all inclusive ‘ name since the snacks and meals in between the main meals contains of a few dried out sandwiches. Some days they added fruit. I wished they could have wraps, chips, sausage, burgers, nuggets and more food-like alternatives for the kids . It would be nice to be able to eat ice cream whenever you like to, not only in the main restaurants. They have 3 á la carte restaurants which we weren’t able too book because they where full. Facilities: the hotel is nice for couples our families with kids age from 10-15 yr. facilities are cleaned daily, and the hotel is overall very clean. Sports are for free and also most of the water activities . Two main pools, three baby-pool with shadow ( not heated), and a kids pool near the sea. They have a nice small waterpark for toddlers and they also have 4 types for the adults/teens. Activities : all kids activity in German, it’s not for everyone! Some of the adult activity also in German. The music and the sound of the mic is too loud! Especially when having watersports in the main pool. On your vacay you wish to have some relaxing moments: wish you can’t find here. Nice and entertaining shows in a big amphitheater. And a great silent disco with headphones.

Just finishing a week at TUI Magic Life Plimmiri. We've been here before, about 5 years ago, and we've been to 3 other Magic Life venues multiple times since then, so have a basis for comparison. Firstly, timing is important, we visited at the end of the season and during German school holidays which was a massive mistake. There are kids everywhere, many of them are loud and irritating. Unfortunately there is only one adults only area and this is the roof bar which only opens at 6pm. Being the end of the season, many staff, understandably, seem tired and are openly counting down the days until they go home. There aren't as many activities here, or they don't happen as frequently, as they do at other clubs. The shuffle board area is in a main walk way and the equipment is falling apart. The boccia balls are rusty and they'd lost the jack, so were using a pebble. The darts area is in a damp area next to the pool with no seating. We used the wet floor sign to stand behind. All activities will book up very quickly. The mini triathlon was a lot of fun and well organised. They have 6 tennis courts here which is great, but one of the staff was quite unfriendly and rude. The court booking system via the qpp is painful and you need to be quick. We played in the tournament which was a shambles. Very poorly organised such that we didn't get to finish. Courts were also double booked during the tournament. Most courts also need some repairs. On a positive the food is pretty good, although the layout of the restaurant area is poor. Sometimes you will have to queue to get in. The bookable restaurants are nice, although there is no veggie main course in The Flavour. Also, don't expect all options on the menu to be available. Table service in the adults only bar is incredible and the staff are brilliant. Elsewhere, don't expect table service, and more often than not you will have to queue to get a drink, particularly in the evenings. The evening entertainment is predominantly for children, there's nothing really for adults. They won't give out bottles of water, not even as a one off, I was told to go to the mini market and buy one. They're saving plastic, which is admirable, so you have to bring or buy your own bottle and fill it at a water station. Except the water stations (and coffees and soft drinks) started to taste heavily of salt mid week and were shut down. Water bottles were then being handed out freely. There seems to be enough sun beds around the pools, but you'll have to get in early for a good location. There aren't enough sun beds on the beach, you may struggle. It's not the cleanest magic life. I think the kids contribute to most of the food and drink spillages and left behind trash. We were in a family room which consists of a separate bathroom and toilet, a main bedroom and then another smaller bedroom room separated by a sliding door and some slats. The small bedroom contained two small single beds. Unfortunately this area doesn't

Toilet in the room did not work. They tried to fix it once, did not work, came a second time, didn’t work and the faucet stopped working. Went to the front desk to tell them the toilet still not working. No apology no nothing. Just offered to send maintenance again (which didn’t work). So basically we had to use the public bathroom all vacation long. Food is ok, nothing more. You CAN’T find room in the special restaurants if you stay for less than a week(their words not mine) Service is mostly wonderful expect for a few persons that get mad at you when you ask for something. Kids club is awesome, the staff is really nice. Especially Ana.

A very big hotel so many steps a day. The pools were cold and dirty. The beach quite good. Sunbeds often all taken after lunch. The food was not good at all. Strange food, kids corner had fish every day and nuggets only one day. Drinks and dessert were good. 90% were from Germany so maybe the food is for them. They have a farm and besides donkeys and horses there were three poor dogs. In Sweden dogs are pets and family members. These poor dogs were skinny and need loving homes!! We had a family room and the single beds were rock hard. They changed the towels every day even though you hanged them as you suppose to when you don't want them changed. Not so environment friendly.

my honest opinion no way a 5 star hotel bottled water only every 2 days in room and canned drinks only on arrival .hotel is like a village everything to spread out yes you can have the buggies take you .no waiter service around the pool or collection of cups etc was a red mark on the pool area for 2 days not cleaned .but saying this the life guards did fantastic job booked a lcarte 1 night no lights due to the fliers as the waiter said so sat down in darkness to read the menu and on the plates and cutlery swarming with ants so we left went to main restaurant .food is ok nothing special .rooms were cleaned and notice to say basically try to reuse towels do not put on floor .parasol for sunbeds are not adjustable either way fixed to the ground and you cannot lower them and the beach is the worst i have ever been to stony and rocky with a garden shack for drinks . staff are friendly and very helpful
