I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights.
The most incredible thing is the breakfast selection! You can find a huge variety of bread, cheese, salad fruit. The breakfast area is big enough , you can choose the outdoor side which facing the sea view to sit.
Yet, the housekeeping service can be improved. The room floor was simply cleaned and the bed was made. However, the toilet was not cleaned and the towels were not changed.
Also, note that the air-conditioner is chargeable by day !

This is a very good hotel, the location is brilliant, 1 minute walk away from the beach. The Old Town where the main attractions are is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away.
There is parking right out the front free of charge, it can be tricky to find a space, I imagine in the summer it would be difficult but May was fine, I was able to park every day.
The breakfast was fine as well but very busy with not many tables left over. There was also a good choice.
The rooms were clean, although I could not find any controls for the air conditioning so it did get quite stuffy. The air con comes on very briefly when the balcony door is closed and then goes off again after a minute. There were also quite a few small bugs around the balcony door and a few in the bathroom but this may just be because it was very hot in there.
All in all though, a great hotel

The soundproofing is good, the hygiene is good, the Caspian Sea is very close, and you can directly see the Aegean Sea. There is a built-in refrigerator and the water will be changed in time. You need to bring your own slippers and disposable items.

I booked this hotel through Jet2 as a double sea view room. It had a lovely sea view, but 2 single beds pushed together.You have a kettle, 2 Mugs and two spoons but no tea/coffee(so bring your own). There is a small fridge and can get milk at the local supermarket. There's a safe in the wardrobe which costs 2 euros per day. You have a small single wardrobe with 8 hangers (so need more bring your own). Ther in one top shelf for all your shorts and t shirts etc & a bottom shelf in the wardrobe which we put our shoes on.Please note no drawer space in the room except for two dinky bedside cabinet drawers which at a push you ban roll your socks, pants etc and put them in the drawer.(depending on what size your pants etc are). You can always just use your suitcase which can be put on the suitcase shelf. Please note your cases no matter what size will not fit under the bed but can be stored beside your bedside cabinets at either side. Your bathroom is a nice size although our bathroom door did only open half way due to the toilet stopping it to open fully. Your given 2 mini shower gels, 2 mini shampoos and 1 teeny bar of soap, so again bring your own. Oh! and please note that the Aircon charge was 10 euros per day. If you want to use the gym this is 5 euros per day. Food was of good variety, please note don't expect your food to be hot because its not and you have to buy water to have with your meal. As for pool towels I brought my own although you can get these at reception. Hotel is situated opposite a beach but again there is a charge to use the sunbeds/umbrellas. The new and old town are a 15 minute walk away and please note wear sensible footwear as the pavements are uneven, got large pot holes and kerb steps made for giants. All the staff were friendly and Irene in the dining hall always happy and smiling. My gripe with this hotel was in the 10 days we stayed there our bedding/pillow cases were not changed in that time.(towels were but not bedding)

This was our second visit to this hotel. The hotel is part of the wider 'Rhodos Horizon Resort' if you would like to use their amenities then you will need to go all inclusive. The Blu hotel is kept spotlessly clean with cleaning ladies around all day. Our room was spacious, clean and overlooked the pool bar and pool. We could even see the sunset if we were in our room (88). The public areas were always tidy and inviting. We were all inclusive and so made use of all three hotels but we tended to eat mostly at the Blu. The food here was amazing, presentation was second to none and they catered for most tastes. The staff were great, helpful, friendly and always smiling, Vasilez was at the door most occasions to greet everyone and was always happy to help the other staff members if needed. There was a lovely lady called Samanthia that was always greeting people 'Kalimera' as we arrived and was usually on hand to ask any questions about the food. The cocktail bar was well stocked with most drinks available. The staff were always happy and hardworking. Stamatis was working every night that we were there and was so kind and helpful, we practiced our Greek on him and we shared stories about our countries and cultures etc. We enjoyed the entertainment in the evening, I joined in the Greek dancing along with many other holiday makers . 😀 There is a handy shop downstairs that sells plenty of things that you may need (we forgot toothpaste 🙄). The pool bar restaurant was fabulous, definitely worth visiting, we visited most days, the moussaka is a must. If you are all inclusive then it too is part of the deal. The atmosphere is wonderful and feels like a Greek café. I hope that this review is helpful and that if you decide to go that you too will have an amazing time.

Good location, nice staff in breakfast and bar. They have a lot to learn about cleaning, elevators, doornobs etc are so filthy. Our room was very poorly cleaned as well. They threw in new towels, forgot to give us toiletpaper, didn't wipe off flushers, showers even once during our week. We wen't to the reception and told them about it and their response was: Did you hang out the "Don't disturb-sign?" So non serviceminded... Breakfast ok, but extremely crowded after 8. Bathroom so small you can hardly go in. Beach across the road is windy and trashy, sunbeds look as if they have been in ww3. We paid for oceanview but got only a partial view. I don't recommend this hotel.

We wouldn’t give this hotel 4 stars, probably slightly less. It was quite good but the hotel room was small and we were almost living out of suitcases. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet as we had asked. The food was always of a high standard with plenty of variety. We were disappointed that the dress code was not enforced as it stated in their hotel brochure. The public rooms were a bit shabby and needed refurbishing. The swimming pool was on the small side with not that many loungers for such a big hotel. If we would have been willing to upgrade to all-inclusive, we would have been allowed to use one of the bigger swimming pools in their other hotel next door. The hotel is conveniently situated near to the sea and we were able to walk into Rhodes Old Town. Very good accessibility to places of interest.

We went as a couple to this Hotel, bed and breakfast for two weeks and had a really nice time in the hotel and Rhodes Welcome drink a joke, a mouth full of cheap proceco lol The staff are great room great and location great, so why the 3 stars ????? We felt as bed and breakfast guest we were treated poorly. On Arivall Tourist tax 98.00 e....not Hotel fault Safe 35 e Air conditioning 140 e Could only use one of the three or four pools ...which didn't get much sun Couldn't use the many of the hotels beach sunbeds....so had to pay Finally we asked several times to keep the room on, and we're told to come back on day before we left, and when we did. were told the messages hadn't been passes on ??????? Would we go back......NO
