If honestly the worst hotel we have been. I hope it will help someone to decide not to go there. If you are not Polish do not go to this hotel, all entertainment even so bad is in Polish. Do not speak in English. The room was full off ants (we did not keep any food in the room) spoke about it with the receptionist nothing got done about it. Shower constantly get fludeed as it so small all water goes straight into to the room Sink inside the bedroom not even inside the bathroom Shower gel/shampoo nover get filled if it is empty it will be empty all of our stay The double glass door was so dirty that you can even see anything outside. The bedroom/bathroom never got cleaned properly just the floor. No shower no sink. The bedding just left on the bed one time during ten days stay just once, had to change my pillowcases myself, towels got changed just one time When I approached receptionist regarding the airport transfer just to ask what time is it, was so rude saying not problem and couldn't understand what I am asking, call your transfer company we can not help you, it was not a problem what he said but it was the way he said it. All inclusive drinks day time just beer and wine not cocktails (three disgusting cocktails with mixing wine and juice) Evening time drinks - cocktails absolutely awful, can not drink it at all either very sweet or very sour. The coke/sprite not even taste like coke or sprite just giving stomach pain. That is what makes all cocktails taste awful. Juice machine at the restaurant most of the time have just water running The food was very bad all the time, just about found what to eat, soups salty, salads gone off, at breakfast you pick up cold omelette and cold fried eggs, every evening spaghetti, chicken curry, veg way over cooked. So difficult to put to words how bad the food was. The water in the room/sink and shower running salty. Slippers tile pathwaks. My family members slipped a few times Staff at the day bar and evening bar very rude, do not say even simple hello, Only good and friendly person was the guy who helped us to take our luggage to the room. No pool towels, had to buy your own.

Amazing hotel. Great rooms, best shower I have used on holiday. Room was cleaned every day. Food was so good, never had a meal I didn’t like. Restaurant staff were nice and hard working. As were the bar staff, shout out to CeCe who worked the pool bar himself most of the time I was there then moved onto restaurant. Also Dinos who served in the beers and burgers bar, does a great job and went out his way to talk to us. Many thanks for putting the Scotland game on for us. Pool area was great with aqua aerobics and volleyball. As was the water park we had a fun afternoon there. Can’t thank you enough for giving us a fantastic stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back

Funny to see that they changed their hotel name and removed all of the reviews. Was said that hotel has gone through a MAJOR reservation but pictures are all the same. Just do not book this hotel. You will be sent to a different hotel for the first or even several days definitely.

NOT RECOMENDING. In September, we (a family of three) and a father-in-law booked rooms at the hotel Elia, now rebranded as Aiora Resort. Upon arrival, we were told a double superior room was unavailable due to issues with other guests, so we were asked to stay all together in a family superior room for one night, which was not a big deal as we were all family members. The room, however, was disappointing: it was not fully renovated, with outdated features like a wooden bathroom door, small shower, shower head at height of belly button, dirty walls. We asked our agent to contact hotel in order not to waste more vacation time with discussions. Hotel manager claimed we got a better room as compensation, despite the description stating all family superior rooms should be renovated. Obviously manager was lying. Next morning we were given the rooms we initially booked the but no compensation was offered. The hotel provided a variety of meals, but many dishes were repeated daily. Cocktails at the main pool bar were wine-based and not very appealing, and the secondary pool bar opened only after working hours of pool area. The pool area with slides was enjoyable, but ice cream and food were charged extra. All-inclusive guests could only access basic drinks like soda and coffee for free. Overall, the hotel is considered an economy option, lacking in the quality expected of a 4-star establishment. We hope that a change in ownership and management will lead to improvements. I have uploaded pictures from our "family superior" room that we were provided for the first night. According to the manager this was even better room than we actually booked. The last 2 pictures are from the real family superior room that we got the next day. Pictures speak for themselves.

As always a fantastic experience at this hotel. Staff amazing and feel like family. Rooms of high standards. The gardens well kept and the new pool area so much improved with comfy sun beds Food in the restaurant a bit mixed but never left hungry and is very similar to the more expensive hotels. Staff work so hard to keep it all clean and tables wiped and all go out of their way to greet you and make sure you have everything you need. Undergoing even more renovations for the 2025 season so going to be a good choice. Bit saddened after 10 years that they will change the name but from the pictures it will look amazing. Not much entertainment but make your own Although Luca was fantastic, hope he’s back 2025. Food in beer and burgers was the best burger I have tasted and such good value for money staff are so nice and attentive and ready for a chat.

Traveling alone for 6 nights all inclusive for relaxation. Currently halfway through my stay and can't believe my luck this hotel for the price is a treasure. Room is more then adequate and clean with great wifi access. Pool main is lovely and refreshing everyday and loungers are great (not broken as some reviews say). Food for breakfast, lunch and dinner is absolutely superb and very high quality, the chef must be excellent and everything is varied and so tasty, better then most restaurants in London. If you want burger and chips, and pie everyday you won't be happy, but if you like a wide choice of continental dishes you are in heaven. If a veggie so many different salad options, if a meat lover god you are in for a treat every day. Even the cooked spinach is delicious! They even have fresh stuff cooked for you as well but the buffet has been enough for me. The comments about ice cream for kids only available for an hour is rubbish it's in large tubs and lunch and dinner everyday. Deserts are fresh and yummy to. Open bar with all inclusive from 10:30am to 11pm. If you want the same drinks as home you are silly at this price, but the local beer and soft drinks are great (not a wine drinker but others seem to enjoy). How they do for the cost I paid is amazing. Yes not many English here which is good as far as I'm concerned, but staff all seem to understand and talk English which is good. Such a peaceful stay I will hate leaving in few days. Be kind to staff as some seem to be doing well over 12 hour days with a smile on their faces. High recommend if you are easy going and want a break to recharge.

If you want your vacation to start well and wish to avoid surprises, please do not choose this hotel. We were told at 11:00 p.m., after a full day of travel, that the hotel was fully booked and we had to spend two nights temporarily in another hotel. This was an unpleasant surprise. We were tired and wanted to stay in the hotel we had chosen! They called a taxi for us, which was paid randomly in cash from some box. The taxi driver was frightening, driving recklessly, it was dark, and the music was very loud. We were dropped off somewhere in front of a hotel, where we spent a long time trying to find the reception desk. A man who didn’t speak English greeted us at the desk. That’s fine, but the hotel we were taken to was terrible and did not meet 4-star criteria, more like 1 or 2 stars. On the second night, we negotiated a better hotel with our travel organizer. Ellia Hotel was okay once we finally arrived. The location is good – there are shops, a couple of restaurants, and the beach is within walking distance. The hotel has nice, pleasant pools and sun loungers. The food selection was good, with desserts always available, and there were plenty of drinks and food. There was no water in the room, but you could fill up in the dining area. We had a room with a beautiful view, the furthest and highest in the complex. However, the cleaning service was very poor. Sometimes, we couldn’t even tell if the cleaner had been there. The sheets were not changed even once during the week, and the towels weren’t changed either. The floor was sandy and dirty. At one point, one of the toilet paper rolls in the bathroom was taken away, and it was never replaced. Due to the chaos of the first nights, we were promised a late check-out, but on the last day, the cleaner was already knocking at our door at 10 a.m. and scolded us, and then the receptionist came, also confused as to why we hadn’t left the room yet. This had to be dealt with again. In summary – the hotel is okay, and I would definitely rate it 4 stars when considering the room, location, food, and entertainment. But because of the unpleasant start and the attitude from the service staff, it doesn’t deserve good feedback from me, and I do not recommend staying here. This happened to every guest. According to the locals, this is their scheme to make extra money.

Right from the start this was not the greatest holiday myself and my wife have had. We arrived early hours on a Monday morning to be told that there was no accommodation for us and we had to go to an alternate resort for the night. This is the norm for the resort as we heard many couples told the same thing over the week we were there so it’s not a one off and not all the alternative are close at hand one couple said it was 20mins by taxi so very poor by the hotel. We were given stale cheese sandwiches and an apple to soften the blow. The alternative was very poor and luckily it was close by and o my for one night. We had been told to come back at midday but we came earlier and eventually our room was ready at 11am just the day late then, on entering the room we were in a family room not what we booked but allegedly a better room than the one we expected. Once we got over this we did have a nice stay, food for what we payed for our week was ok nothing exciting but ok. If you are here a fortnight might get pretty tedious as a lot of the same dishes appear. The pool area is great the pool bar and evening bar are very poor beer wine or some really cheap sweet cocktails which were poured in a cup no shaking going on here. We did d eat out a few times and drank out just to get something a little more exciting. Overall an ok stay staff were excellent nice and helpful so all was not a loss
