We had a truly amazing week at Atlantica Aegean Blue a holiday our family will cherish for a long time. Everything from the food to the kindness of the staff exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, varied, and fresh. We tried both the buffet and the à la carte restaurants, and every meal was a highlight. The Italian and Greek restaurants were especially memorable the staff were not only professional but incredibly thoughtful and attentive to our son’s allergies and special needs. A special thank you to Jessie and Cindy, who made a huge difference for us. Their understanding and warmth allowed our son, who has both food allergies and other disabilities, to enjoy the holiday just as much as the rest of the family. They treated him (and us) with such respect and care that we felt truly safe and touched by their efforts. Guest Relations also deserves a big thank you, they took our needs seriously and went above and beyond to help us have the best stay possible. Their support made a big impact. We felt safe! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The reception staff gave us such a warm start to our stay. And a special shoutout to the young girl working at the ice cream stand. She took our son’s allergies seriously every time, washing her hands, using a new scoop, and opening a fresh container. That kind of care means everything to a parent. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day and the entire resort felt fresh and looked after. Everyone was so nice and happy all the time. We’re so grateful for everything you did for us during our week. We truly felt seen, understood, and taken care of, something that isn’t always easy to find when traveling with children who have special needs. We would absolutely love to come back!
