Nothing that is shown in the pictures is real. The food is at a very low quality, They rushed us through every meal like we were in school or something, there was no AC in the rooms which made it impossible to sleep for those 2 nights. We went to relax and came back needing a vacation after our vacation. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!

So I wanted to do a proper comprehensive review while we’re in the middle of the holiday for anyone looking to visit. First impressions, straight away this is not a 5 star hotel. It says it is but it’s definitely not. It’s not a bad hotel, some really good qualities but if you’re thinking of booking it because it’s 5 star then be prepared. Rooms are ok but ours is one of the smallest we’ve stayed in as a family in any hotel. Plenty of wardrobe space to hang up but not enough space for folded items and nowhere to tuck away the luggage. Nice bathroom though considering the size and the staff have been to clean/tidy every day so far. Mini fridge is free and topped up daily which is actually really good. Couple of beers, couple of 500ml bottles of wine as well as water and fizzy pop for the kids. You won’t go hungry, lots of food on, all day and all night, literally 24 hours a day. Food is pretty good quality and good variety. If you want to do the themed restaurants book on the day you get here, we managed to get into the Greek one and it was nice. Drinks are not great though, paper cups around the pool, some plastic ones if you’re at the lower end of the main pool. But it’s self serve beer so there’s plenty of it although it’s usual all inclusive stuff so fine if you like drinking carling or similar, not great if you like decent beer. Cocktails are all premixed so not the best, would normally drink G&T’s but the tonic honestly is dreadful, completely flat and just doesn’t taste right so been to some local bars instead, many of which are excellent - try Elysee or Republica just around the corner and Rodos Garden does really good cocktails. But obviously if you’ve booked on the all inclusive it’s a significant extra cost to consider at €6-8 for a beer and €10-12 for a cocktail. Sunbeds are the biggest issue. I know it’s August so the busiest time, but people are reserving sunbeds at 5am. It’s ridiculous and the hotel really needs to do something about it. If you’re not out before 8am you probably won’t get one. And they really need refreshing, loads of broken ones and they just look very dated and in need of replacement although the ones around the adult pool seem in better shape. Same story at the beach - although they’re free many of them are broken and seem like they’re going to have someone’s fingers off if you’re not careful. There’s a little beach bar though that’s part of the all inclusive, you can get beer, wine and soft drinks as well as plenty of water and sandwiches. Evening entertainment - we honestly haven’t seen it in the 7 days we’ve been here so far. The hotel is huge, really huge. And the entertainment area isn’t that big so I’m guessing if you’re not down there for the very beginning then you’ve no chance of getting a seat. It’s by the pool so we can see loads of people sat on the sunbeds when it’s on but if you’ve been sat on a sunbed all day (see comments above about the state of them) then you don’t want to get dressed up t

Stayed 10 nights in early July 2025 with my wife and two young children. We were upgraded to interconnecting sea-view rooms on the 5th floor each balcony overlooked the glittering Aegean. The kids adored the water-slide pool and the supervised mini-club. Housekeeping replenished our minibar daily, and dinner at the Greek themed A la Carte ‘’Lucullus’’ was outstanding fresh Greek plates like homemade tzatziki and impeccable service. The private beach tunnel led straight to sunbeds and a friendly beach bar. Couldn’t ask for a better family holiday!
