Absolute Kiotari Resort

Loved our stay here. Pool area is lovely, plenty of space. Breakfast and dinner both varied and delicious. Close to the beach. Really enjoyed it

This is my 3rd stay at this beautiful hotel, which opened in May 2023. It is a boutique contemporary furnished hotel located in the pretty peaceful village of Kiotari. All the staff are warm and welcoming and travelling solo it was so lovely to be greeted like family on my most recent stay last week. A big thank you to Fotus and Georgios in the restaurant who looked after me so well during my stay. Breakast and dinner have an abundance of delicious choices, and I recommend staying half -board. The reception and poolside staff are all so helpful and kind, too. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff who want the guest to have a great holiday. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and housekeeping does a great job. The rooms have very comfortable beds and pillows, and having a washing line on the terrace wall is so useful to dry swimwear. Pool towels are supplied free and changed at reception daily. The room is well furnished, has a great shower, has very effective air conditioning, a hairdryer,nightsafe, and mini fridge. The recent great addition of a guest discounted mini supermarket, adjoining the hotel, is very useful. It is also a 3 minute walk to Kiotari beach, which is peaceful and beautiful. I have already rebooked my 4th stay for May next year, knowing I will have a wonderful holiday in a fabulous hotel!

We have just returned from a relaxing stay at Absolute Kiotari. Very relaxing hotel. Firstly the hotel is in a very quiet area, minimal restaurants within walking distance. This didn’t matter to us, but may be an issue for some. Excellent restaurant just over the road. We had a private pool suite with the bedroom on a mezzanine floor. ‘The death stairs’ as we called them as no bannister and a sharp turn at the bottom, difficult if half asleep going to the loo in the night. The rooms are clean. Beds comfortable but very noisy. Coffee machine in the room but sadly no kettle (I’m a Yorkshire tea lover!). Private pool was a good size, managed to swim lengths which you don’t often get with a private pool. Our terrace got the sun all afternoon. I was told by a receptionist I couldn’t have a parasol for it, however noted others did. Main pool is immaculate and plenty of sun loungers to go around, seemed quiet during the day. 3 evenings in the week had some entertainment which was a nice change. At both breakfast and evening meal there is a huge range of choice, not the best we’ve had but worth it for the price. Restaurant, bar, reception and cleaning staff all very friendly. We would return for another relaxing bit of September sun.

This hotel is an Absolute Gem-itari. Minimalist bohemoan decor is eye catching, the sunbeds comfortable and a plenty and both breakfast & dinner offered a wide array or options. We tried the local village of Gennadi that was quaint with beautiful greek streets and a few lovely authentic restaurants. Lindos is the major attraction near here, especially st paul's bay and the acropolis. Wow wow wow. Final point, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, living up to 4 star expectations. Would definitely stay again!

Visited the hotel late May, it was relativelly full and here are my thouths: 1 - Food is very good and varied, did not get bored. I prefer freshly brewed coffee for breakfast but the coffee machine (not fresh/bean to cup) was ok. All expremelly clean and fresh; good variety of fresh fruit and pizza also very tasty. There is always a freshly grilled fish or meat and their beef was excellent. 2 - Cleanliness - Place is absolutelly spotless and immaculatelly maintained. 3 - Ground and deco - New hotel and they took excellent care of decoration and ambience, feels confortable and stylish. We always found a sunlounger and guests were thoughfull and did not place towels on loungers to "book it". The hotel does not cater for the mases and the kind of guests tend to reflect this. 4 - Staff - Usual Greek welcome, no issues whatsoever. Very nice to see the restaurant manager greeting us everyday (forgot his name). Theodora from recpetion was charming and helpfull. Please note that the hotel is not in a main resort and a car is needed to travel around, we walked both left and right of the hotel by the sea and it was safe and pleasant mostly small houses and empty plots/vejetation.

I have just returned from another great week at this lovely hotel. All the staff put so much effort into making my holiday so memorable. As a returning guest, it's so nice to be so warmly by all the team. The food is a 10. Breakfast is excellent. Fresh fruit Greek yoghurt with honey was my daily ritual. The eggs bar has a delicious variety of fresh omelettes, and the homemade pancakes a big favourite 😍 Well done Chef! Dinner each night was varied and plentiful. I really loved the Greek salads and the fish main courses. The menu provides excellent healthy eating choices for me. Desserts were also delicious. Thank you particularly to Fotis and Giorgos for your attentive service at breakfast and dinner. I also want to praise Julia, Laoura, and Kostas at the pool restaurant. Always smiling and providing exemplar service. I really love this hotel, it is great for a solo traveller. It's in a beautiful part of the south of Rhodes, and I can honestly say it is my happy place. Its peaceful location really allows the battery to be recharged. I had a particularly nice bedroom overlooking the pool that had the sun all evening until sunset. Thank you very much to the housekeeping team. My room was spotless every day! I also want to thank Reception, particularly Despoinsa, for being so helpful. The hotel is also only 5 mins walk to Kiotari's beach. Evening entertainment at the poolside was varied and of a high standard.I give the hotel and itz staff 10 out 10 I will definitely return. See you soon!😎
