Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. Although it’s advertised as renovated, the reality was far from it. The room was dirty, with cracked walls, dust everywhere, and an overall neglected feel. We booked a superior room supposedly with a sea view, but got a view of a field instead. The bathroom had a clogged drain, and we had to wait an entire day for it to be fixed. The air conditioning unit was poorly placed directly above the bed meant for a child, and it didn’t function properly. Despite being labeled “superior,” the room felt substandard in every way. The corridors were dirty, filled with dust, hair clumps flying around, stained carpets, and even a persistent urine smell. Our daughter started experiencing an allergic reaction, most likely due to the dust and lack of cleanliness. The beach loungers were not included — €15 per day — and beach towels were also only available for an extra fee. In the bathroom, there were only two tiny bottles of shower gel and shampoo for three people, and no refills were provided during our stay. One of the room lamps was broken and stayed on 24/7 — we couldn’t turn it off. The food was very average and repetitive. Sausages were served boiled for breakfast, fried for lunch, and stewed for dinner. By the second day, we were all experiencing vomiting and diarrhea, which we suspect was caused by the food. Even cold coffee at the bar was charged extra, which felt unreasonable for an all-inclusive setting. Overall, we were very disappointed. It’s truly a shame that our holiday turned out this way.
