Of course it's great if you want to walk to the Fair grounds in less than a minute. The room was nice but I was expecting a bit more from the hotel level. The staff is amazing, ready to solve any problem and make your stay comfortable.

Convenient to the airport. In between the city center and MXP airport. International chain brand, great hardware and software. Hotel tax is also much lower than Rome. Recommended for conferences or catching a flight.

The receptionist with a red afro at the front desk had serious racism. I had already paid the city tax when I checked in, but when I checked out, she told me that I still had to pay 12 euros. At first, she was hesitant and her English was very poor. After her manager came, she told me that it was their mistake in the check-in operation and asked me to pay the difference. I had to talk to them for a long time in a hurry to check out and go to the airport in the morning. The whole room was also very old and dimly lit. Not recommended!!!
