Facilities are very good, such as breakfast, but it is a pity that there are no other facilities. You can get free coffee from the machine, but it is not always tasty

This place has strong 70's vibes. Clean and functional, and with car park, but desk closes at 9pm, and there is no bar/restaurant. Quiet at night, and good breakfast, but you can't book a "takeaway breakfast" without 24hrs notice (you have been warned) ... Rheine is a nice little village tho !

In November 2021 I booked 3 nights at this hotel for July 2022. One as a stop over on my way to Berlin for one night and for two nights on my way back from Berlin whilst making my way to Amsterdam. Despite speaking with the hotel in November 2021 and getting a confirmation email, imagine my surprise when checking out after my first night and saying see you in a couple of days to be told we don’t have your reservations. This hotel had arbitrarily cancelled them and not informed me. Cutting a long story short they found me accommodation 5miles outside of town which they promised would be at no extra cost but that was a lie. Appalling customer service, certainly not a chain I will use again!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die teureren Zimmer sind gegenüber einem Wehr und das ist sehr laut bei geöffnetem Fenster. Die Sonne steht den ganzen Nachmittag auf genau diesen Zimmern OHNE Klimaanlage weshalb ein Schlafen mit geschlossenem Fenster sehr schwer fällt und mit geöffnetem Fenster ist es sehr laut: 55dB. Beim Frühstück war am Samstag gegen 8:45 kein Joghurt und Obst mehr da u. wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt, obwohl das Frühstück bis 10:30 angesetzt ist.

Je zou het van de buitenkant misschien niet direct denken maar het is een heel prettig en net hotel. Een goeie ligging ook: lopend ben je binnen 10 minuten in het centrum. De kamers zijn prima, rustig en alles is heel schoon. Het ontbijt is geweldig!

Wir haben im Cascada Hotel 3 Nächte verbracht. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Tagsüber gibt es kostenlos Kaffee und Tee. Für andere Getränke steht ein Automat zur Verfügung.

Im Rahmen eines Kurzurlaubs haben wir die Unterkunft direkt neben der Ems gelegen gewählt. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Leider war die Bar abends geschlossen, was aber nicht nachteilig ist.

Als Quartier auf dem Ems-Radweg ist das Haus bestens geeignet. Die Lage direkt an der Ems ist ruhig, das Stadtzentrum nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Zimmer und Frühstück waren gut - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral mit Blick auf die Kaskade. Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider war die Hotelbar geschlossen. Sonst war alles super.
