We booked a 5 night stay at this wonderful Spa. Because I am severely allergic to chlorine I booked a non spa access room. I therefore can’t comment on any of the spa facilities. The room was extremely clean, spacious, well equipped and had a lovely patio and garden. The WiFi was good as was the parking on site. The staff were great especially Anne Lise. They were all friendly and efficient. I would recommend staying here and would definitely return if ever in the area again. The only recommendation I would have is the need for larger cups and glasses in the kitchen.

This is the absolute perfect place to escape from everyday busy life and relax. Although situated in a residential area 10 minutes from city centre, it is quiet with a beautiful park situated next to it for long leisurely walks. The trams are less than 5 minutes away from the place which are free at the weekends. The staff were friendly and professional at all times, especially Marine who was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Our 2 bedroom apartment 'Trentemoult' was spacious, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious delivered to our apartment each morning. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room were spotless and a joy to use daily. Looking forward to returning soon.

Great place to stay. The Business Garden apartment was spacious and clean. The outdoor space caught the afternoon and evening sun. No ac but the fan in the room kept us cool. The pool was nice (didn't do the sauna or steam room) Lovely park very close by for running. Excellent indian restaurant up the road and boulangerie in walking distance.Across the bridge at Pirmil there is a great outside bar (maybe only at weekends) Getting into town normally get the tram but due to road works we got the c4 and tram from there. Nantes is brilliant especially if you get the Nantes pass!

Very good and quiet option in Nantes.
Only small issue, the place had a gas stove but the lighter was not working. We went to reception but their solution was asking us to buy one. The hotel should find a solution and not the client...

We really like this location....rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, great firepit on the patio. We just felt that the service was lacking a bit on this visit. We weren't told that housekeeping would only be done upon request...I thought that it was every second day....however, once I followed up on it, it did get completed...but some of the required items were not replenished and I had to ask again for those. I did a follow up survey from the hotel and explained the shortcomings and they were very quick to respond and apologize and committed to bringing the improvement needed to staff. I will likely return to give them another opportunity to do better.

Lovely accommodation. We stayed on a Monday night and other than Pizza there was nowhere to eat nearby. Continental breakfast is served in our room and was nice.
