Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus East

My family stayed here for 2 nights. After arriving we showered and proceeded to get ready to go to a family function. My sister could not get the tub faucet to turn off after her shower. My mother called down to the front desk and was informed that there was only one staff member onsite and that there was nothing she could do. My mother then called back and had to ask to switch rooms. I went down to retrieve the new room keys. I approached the desk, and announced myself. The attendant was on her cell phone, reached for the new keys, handed them to me… all without making eye contact or uttering a word. There was a complete absent of customer service due to the fact that we had to pack up and switch rooms. This ordeal caused us to arrive late to where we were going. She offered no apology for the inconvenience, not to mention the water was extremely hot and caused the room fill with steam. Around midnight my sister walked down to the room and could still hear the water running, 6hrs later! She informed the new staff on duty. They were completely unaware of the situation. Also, in our new room, there was food left in the fridge. Do better. Ohhh and because I booked through a 3rd party, I could only receive points as form of reimbursement.

The room was large and clean. Staff was all very nice and friendly. Anyone of them you saw would greet you kindly. I didn't use the indoor pool but it looked inviting. Close to restaurants and shopping.

The room was so clean and roomy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and had a nice variety of fresh fruit

Nice hotel and friendly staff. My only complaint is the bed and pillows. The bed sink in and the pillows were very uncomfortable. There were three of us in the room and all said they need better pillows. Other than that it was a decent hotel for an overnight stay.

We just stayed for the night on a travel day. It was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and bed was comfortable. The woman working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to shopping and restaurants.

We were treated beyond kindness. Greeted always when we walked by, Accommodations were close to our visiting destination.

Okay place to stay. Convenient to restaurants. If you get a room on the highway side, it is noisy I used the pool for swimming laps… It worked ok Breakfast was fine, tasty

The temperature of the food could have been warmer. I suppose that's why there's a microwave in the area. The selection was good, even fresh fruit! The woman taking care of the Breakfast was very helpful, patient and kind.

Room clean didn’t eat breakfast and didn’t have a pet. But staff were friendly and courteous.
