Decorated room, good service, shamoo, conditioner, shower gel , body lotion are very good quality

The sister at the front desk is very beautiful and patient. The hotel is warm and refined. The location is not far from the central area. It can be connected to the flybus, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is a bit poor. The wooden floor in the corridor reverberates loudly, and the sound of pulling the chairs in the next room is also a bit noisy.

Very kind staff. I asked for 2 extra pillows, and they had to take them from another room.. just found it interesting they didn't have any extra. But I'm glad they could accommodate! The location is nice. 15 mins from all the shopping and eating you want to do. My one huge complaint is that there wasn't even a microwave in our room, and rooms are advertised as having kitchenettes. That was really unfortunate. I have a lot of food sensitivities, and plan to heat up food in hotels I stay at.

Very comfortable room. Staff were very helpful. I had the buffet breakfast and it was good! Coffee in the rooms was nice. European style bed comforter (two half covers).

The hotel and staff were amazing however, there was considerable construction in the area that had been going on that should have been updated in the information when rooms were booked or as reservations were getting closer. Parking was affected several times. The back door was locked preventing access to the hotel but we often had to park in the back and then walk to the front in wet, cold weather. Just a heads up would have helped or front and back access.

This hotel was a great base for all the activities on offer in Reykjavik. The room was clean, well furnished and comfortable. I like a quiet room which is exactly what I got. The free coffee was a bonus when coming in from the cold. I would definitely stay here again!

Very unique hotel within easy walking distance to shopping & restaurants. Very quiet. Good hot/cold breakfast (extra charge). We would definitely recommend staying here during your visit.

Very clean hotel and beautiful inside. A bit of a walk to most of downtown Reykjavik, but doable. Front-desk was kind, but not friendly. Like most of Iceland, everything is expensive.

Very nice hotel, easy walking distance to all of the points of interest. Very good breakfast (not included). Would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel that was in walking distance to city center with lots of pub and restaurant options. We easily found parking out front. The rooms were small but clean. The beds were comfortable and our view of the ocean and mountains were spectacular. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms seemed small, but very clean and with good amenities, including kettle with coffee and tea provided. Comfortable bed. Good amount of free parking out front! Would stay again!
