Very clean with a nice kitchenette. Next to a grocery store. Bus tours will also pick up nearby, so overall a convenient location despite not being in the heart of the city

It was good to stay for our last day as it's quite close to the bus station to airport. As there's fully equipped kitchen, we could be able to cook our own food which made us feel even better. Lastly, Bonus is right beside so it was cooool! Just one thing is that I had hard time looking for the entrance but unless that, it was good stay.

Fantastic apartments on the edge of town. Conveniently located a short walk from town, next to a small supermarket and some fantastic restaurants. Apartment equipped with a basic kitchen if needed. Shower fantastic. Stayed a week and would thoroughly recommend

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the hotel's inflexible refund policy. Despite unforeseen circumstances necessitating the cancellation of my reservation, the hotel failed to display any understanding or flexibility. My attempt to seek a refund due to a potential volcanic eruption and associated travel risks was met with resistance. The lack of empathy and consideration for the unique circumstances surrounding my cancellation request is quite a disgrace. I requested even for a partial refund since there will be no occupancy, but they simply refused. The hotel's unwillingness to accommodate a refund in this exceptional situation reflects poorly on its customer service. I expected more understanding and flexibility, especially when faced with events beyond anyone's control. This experience has left me dissatisfied and hesitant to consider the hotel for future stays. I urge the management to reconsider their policies and adopt a more customer-centric approach.

A fantastic find - close to the shops and restaurants - spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet and safe. Lots of hot water and a super comfortable bed. Also close to the pick up and drop off areas for any tours you may have book. Highly recommend these apartments .

Really nice, clean and comfortable apartment and the perfect base for a couple to explore Reykjavik. It’s warm and cosy with a supermarket nearby so you can easily stock up on groceries. It’s quite compact but there’s enough space to chill and prepare a simple meal.
