Nice apartments in a very convenient location. I have stayed in the main hotel before and was impressed so chose the apartments for my trip this time. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable as well.
The two bed apartment had plenty of space, very well furnished and warm. The kitchen had everything you would need (apart from a microwave though). There was a smart TV with all the streaming apps. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had soap and shower gel/shampoo.
There is limited parking for the apartments but I knew that beforehand (to be expected in city centre). There is 4 parking spaces out the back you can use but parking on the street is free from 9pm-9am.
Only downside is it was quite noisy which kept me up on Saturday night. Nothing they can control of course but something to note (it was fine rest of the week). Also for longer stays it would be better if more storage for clothes/luggage was available. Great stay regardless :)

Layout of room was kind of strange. The bed is on a weird platform that might be difficult to navigate for less agile people, or those who are sleepy or otherwise impaired. Bathroom was overly small.
It has a kitchenette, but no microwave. The location is in the heart of the most touristy part of Reykjavik.
This is the third hotel I’ve stayed in while traveling to Reykjavik. The others, both lower priced, were not afflicted with the smell of sulphur (rotten eggs) in the water. It is possible to filter this out, and a person paying the price this hotel is asking should be able to expect better quality water.
If you want to be in the thick of the tourist action and don’t mind smelly water, this place is OK. Otherwise…

Not bad, with spacious space, excellent location, and sufficient heating. The photos were taken downstairs of the hotel, very close to Rainbow Street.
The hot water is not very hot, and the shower is a bit cold

Typical Icelandic house-like accommodation in the city center, with complete facilities. The room you stay in has a view of the Harpa Concert Hall. Very cost-effective. Good reviews.

This aparthotel is very clean.
The location of the facility is very good.
The staff are all kind and speak English well.
There is a beautiful lake around the hotel, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants, so it is very convenient.

Facilities: Very complete. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, so you can cook directly.
The breakfast is small and exquisite, everything is very good

The hotel has no obvious signboard and the parking space at the door is also very tight. The apartment requires you to check in at the front desk first and then walk to the opposite side to put your luggage on the basement floor. The room has no windows, the toilet is also a dark bathroom, and the sewer smells bad. In short, it was the worst night in Iceland. The front desk service attitude was quite good. However, all the one-bedroom apartments I booked were on the basement floor, and there was no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage downstairs. There was no ventilation when cooking, so I don’t recommend the apartment!
