Very convenient Everything was perfect

Apartment is centrally located. Instructions on how to open the door and get to the room were quite efficient and simple. Our room was on the 4th floor and was easily accessible through lift. The room was clean . Had basic utensils with lots of cricket and cutlery. Different types of oils and spices were also present which made our cooking more easy n tasteful. Fresh towels and sheets were provided. Shampoo and conditioner were available. Although We had to buy toothpaste . But it was not an issue as 7/11 departmental store is located right in the front of the apartment. They were very quick in responding to any of our queries through mail. Only problem was that at night while sleeping the room used to become very stuffy because of its positioning. Hence, we had to open our window slightly and this in turn would bring a lot of light into the room because days are longer over here than usual. So one should bring eye mask. The parking suggested by them was cheapest of all and was across the road in the basement. Overall, would highly recommended this apartment for mid size budget.

Perfect for 2, the apartment was well equiped with a fridge, stove top and oven (although we did not cook), as well as a washing machine and dryer (which we didn't use also). It also had some toiletries and household products for use. The bathroom was spacious, although the shower seemed a bit run-down, but nothing to matter. It was a comfortable stay, we almost felt at home, with Netflix available as well. The apartment is located in Laugavegur, a pedestrian street full of shops and and restaurants. There is a supermarket right in front. Also, Hlemmur Mathöll is right around the corner with some good food options. The city center is a 10, 15 minute walk through Laugavegur, it can feel a bit far away after a tiring day but still, quite central. The docks will take a bit to reach. The check in process was simple, through codes received a few days before. At night, there was something electronic that emited a light noise that we couldn't find even though we searched for it. Maybe an outlet or something electric in the kitchen... Unfortunately the balcony smelled a bit of cigarettes, so clearly the previous guests did not follow the no smoking rule. Given the prices in the city, we were very pleased with our stay! Would book again!

We had a most wonderful experience staying at the City Comfort Apartments. Kamilla was very informative and responsive via email. She arranged for light cleaning to be done mid-way through our stay and looked into the stalled lift during the weekend. Everything was provided for in the nicely decorated apartment. What we really enjoyed was the heating. Unlike our stay in another place, we were able to control the room temperature. The apartment is close to the bus stop and tour bus stop no. 9 - the pick up for almost all tours and the airport bus. Highly recommended place to stay at in Reykjavik!

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for 3 nights during our last days of our weeklong trip to Iceland. The apartment is just as pictured. Having enough space to spread out at the end of our trip was much appreciated. The apartment was immaculate and had a everything you would need to cook a great meal, if you so choose. It should be noted that the road in front is being worked so during the week there may be construction sounds to contend with. (We were there during a long holiday weekend, so there was no work being done.) Regardless, the bedrooms are in the back and out I suspect if there are construction noises, you would not hear them from the bedrooms.

We had a brilliant stay here in Reykjavik. The apartments were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. On par with a 5* apartment rental in Dubai. The location was fantastic, the apartment was on the Main Street and near lots of restaurants. It was also 30 second walk to get to tour bus stop 9. Cannot commend this enough, will be telling all our friends to stay here.
