1前台有個戴眼鏡的妹子態度超級差，真的是感覺所有人都欠她錢。
2隔音超級差，你能聽到大街上面的人走路
3前台真的服務太差了，打電話叫人幫忙搬行李下樓20分鐘過去了都沒人來
4 我們丟了一個房間鑰匙，收了我們100歐！！在中國你丟了房卡是不需要給錢的，如果真的要收費也請提前告知而且價格要在合理範圍內！！

Fantastic location near the harbour and lots of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is in impeccable condition and having a full kitchen and dining area with groceries nearby was also very handy. Would definitely stay there again.
