Very, very speechless about this hotel! !
1. There is a girl wearing glasses at the front desk who has a very bad attitude. It really feels like everyone owes her money.
2The sound insulation is very poor, you can hear people walking on the street
3. The service at the front desk is really bad. I called someone to help carry my luggage downstairs and no one came even after 20 minutes.
4 We lost a room key and we were charged 100 euros! ! In China, you don’t need to pay if you lose your room card. If you really need to pay, please inform us in advance and the price must be within a reasonable range! !
