It's a very satisfactory hotel. The only bad thing is that the receptionist is a bit ******. It is said that we arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, and then we asked the front desk if we could enter the room early? She said we have to wait until 3 o'clock, and there is no room for us now. We accepted what she heard, and went out to have lunch. When we came back from lunch, we asked her again. It was already 2 o'clock, and she still said there was no room for us, so we would sit down. While waiting on the sofa there, there was a foreign couple who also came to stay, and she immediately gave them a room. My companion was very angry when she saw us. When she saw us, she was embarrassed and asked us to take the key and enter the room. I think this kind of service attitude really brings down the price of such a good hotel.

The room was clean and spacious

Hotel well located right next to the center. Simple rooms but sufficient for a short stay. Pleasant staff. Underground garage available but full when we arrived. Possibility of parking on the street against payment.

The location is quite good, very close to the commercial street in downtown Lake, and there are many restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The hotel still has a sense of design. Although the room is not big, it is new and clean. The scenery outside the aisle is very good. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall the experience was pretty good.

The hotel is right at the end of the pedestrian street, very convenient to the attractions in the center of Reykjavik, and very close to the bus terminal, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
