Reception desk is somewhere between coldness as arrogance. Staff can’t fix any issue without their manager. King size bed means two individual beds set together, which is very pathetic considering the price you gonna pay for.

The lobby is clean and tidy. It is quite large for a hotel in Iceland. The room size is also good and the bathroom is large.

The breakfast in the hotel is quite good, the location is very good, and the decoration is more British style. The hygiene is very clean and the toiletries are from L'Occitane. Soda and mineral water in the refrigerator are free.

The location is not as good as several hotels on the pedestrian street. Fortunately, the decoration of the room is quite high-end. The bathroom is very spacious, but the room space is not big.
