"The hotel gave us a big surprise. We booked a three-bedroom suite, with a master bedroom with a bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric stove, and the kitchenware was also very thoughtful, with a variety of pots, knives, bowls, plates, and cups. "This is a place where we rest on the way from Vancouver to Banff. Grizzly Town is a small town with few people. This hotel is the best hotel in the town. It is a 3-minute walk from the supermarket and the room facilities are clean. Hygiene, the only dissatisfaction is that the treadmill in the gym is leaking! Leakage! Leakage! ! ! !"

"The location is beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately far from the main town which is not practical for those like me who don't own a car. There is taxi service for about $30 to get to town, which is actually less than other vacation spots in BC, and the area itself of the hotel is a good getaway from anything loud. I enjoyed my time here. Nice pool, hot tub and sauna. Breakfast is included which is practical but the resto is closed in evenings due to Covid. You can order food if needed. "
