This was by far the hotel with the best service and care that my family and I experienced ever. From the manager leaving a list of the best Greek wines on our room, to the cleaning ladies always leaving a ‘towel artistic surprise’ every day, and the amazing restaurant service and food. The rooms combine comfort and design. We stayed in a suite with an enormous balcony and jacuzzi overlooking the sea. The restaurant has amazing food (and service) I personally recommend the lamb shank and the Cuvee III 2021 for wine. This hotel is a 5* and I strongly recommend for anyone staying in Crete.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I had an amazing experience. It’s a beautiful property, they have exceptional service even down to the small details. The rooms, the amenities, the restaurant, and the staff are all wonderful. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful suite with friendly and serviceminded personel. Clean and luxurious rooms with a nice bar and restaurant. Pool is small and not really for swimming. Perfekt location by the beach and close to restaurants and shops, just a few minutes from the town centre.

Alexandra and her team at Dyos Suites were so helpful and friendly from the beginning, offering us a welcome drink and advice on what to see while in Rethymno. The room was so clean and housekeeping folded our towels into cute shapes each day. We stayed in the Executive Suite with an outdoor jacuzzi, which was so romantic and relaxing to enjoy after a day of exploring. Right across from the beach, we woke up each morning to the sound of waves and a beautiful view. The beach itself was very nice with a waiter taking care of you and cleaning off the lounge chairs after each guest leaves. The hotel is far enough away from the city center to avoid the loud hustle and bustle, but close enough to easily walk in for lunch or dinner. Such an incredible experience from start to finish here!

We have enjoyed our whole experience. Staff were very friendly, hotel was clean with a lovely relaxing atmosphere, breakfast was amazing. I could go on. Definately worth a visit if in Rethymno.

Great boutique hotel,everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful,food is amazing. The rooms are big and comfortable.Good location,just minutes away from Rethymno center. We hope to come back someday.

Last stop of my journey and its was the best stop. beautiful hotel beautiful location and beautiful rooms with different types to pick mine had a jacuzzi outdoor staff from manger to ground were brilliant there was Notting they wouldn't do for you 5 star treatment

We loved it here, stayed for 6 nights, the team are so friendly and helpful, love to quirky design features, the ambience is so relaxing, the breakfast gorgeous, cocktails some of the best we have had the luck to enjoy. Definitely want to return soon

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Dyo's restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was great. The variety of options available made it a delightful start to the day. I particularly enjoyed the attention to detail in both the presentation and taste of the dishes. The ambiance was pleasant and inviting, enhancing the overall dining experience. Without a doubt, I would give the restaurant 5 stars for their outstanding breakfast offerings.
