The hotel is lovely and quaint located in the Old Town and just round the corner from the Venetian Harbour. We arrived after midnight for check in and the staff member was very helpful, carrying our luggage up to the 2nd floor and letting us know where we could go to get food. Our room was very nice and clean with a nice balcony. It does need better lighting though, very dim in the bedroom and bathroom. The air conditioning is not the best, I wouldn't like to be there during the height of summer. Also we had a lot of noise from the street (even with the window closed) early every morning with people leaving the night clubs, from around 3am - 5am. Please can you put covers on your hot breakfast items, every morning they were stone cold. Cold eggs/sausages are not nice. We skipped breakfast a few times due to this. Overall it was clean, great location and nice staff. The downsides is the noise each morning and the cold breakfast

Originally when I arrived my initial thoughts were what a quaint, historic property and I received a lovely welcome and then I saw my room. I had booked and economy room for 1 night and on reflection I was grateful it was just a single night. I had no epectations beyond a clean room similar to online photos. The room was located on the ground floor and faced the street. Unfortunately this meant the curtains had to remain closed 24/7 to get any privacy. The room was not clean and there was a significant amount of dust. There were a number of broken items in the room and the grout in the bath was so mouldy I couldn't not bring myself to use it. I got the impression that the room was opened last minute which would have explained the dust and broken items. In addition the area across from my room seemed as if it was used for open storage , it was filled with spare bedding amongst other things. Breakfast the next day was average at best and quite basic and the choice was not great. The littke courtyard was a nice space to sit down in however. Overall I felt the money paid even for an economy room was not justified at the very least the room should have been clean and in working order

As a couple we have stayed at the Di Corina over a number of years. We keep returning. This old Venitian Hotel is ideally placed for the sites of Rethymnon, including the fortress and lively night life. It has a very good restaurant attached where we ate a number of times. The staff always welcome us back with enthusiasm and we have made real friends at the hotel. I would recommend booking a junior suite if you are staying for any length of time. We will be back. We stayed here for 3 days it was more than I expected So much character lovely owners, great location. We didn't manage to use the restaurant but I have been told it's phenomenal we wanted to travel around rhythemon and make the most of it and boy there's lots to do 😍 so glad to have stayed here and experience what there is to offer. Beds really comfy the only downside we experienced which isn't the hotels fault but there is a very large nightclub opposite and I was kept awake most nights as partying went on till 6am 😳 I can imagine as things start to open up more it will be a common thing 😂 parking there are two car parks pricey at €20 a day! You can park up on the streets but at your own risk. Great place and loads to offer ❤️

Lovely traditional hotel full of character. Great central location in the old town and about 15 minutes to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, restaurant lovely too. Very helpful when I left my iPhone in the restaurant when rushing to get in the taxi to the hotel (🙈) would stay again. Room clean and full of character.

We stayed at the wonderful hotel for 10 days in July in 2 rooms. Hotel beautiful, really traditional with a gorgeous central courtyard and a plunge pool. Staff really friendly and helpful, restaurant served lovely traditional Greek food, and hotel perfectly situated just a short walk from the harbour and the shops of Rethymno old town, which was beautiful. Lovely beach about 15 minutes walk away. Would stay again.

Charming hotel in an excellent location in the old town of Rethmyno. We had a suite which was a good size and had a shower, small balcony which overlooked into a restaurant. The hotel is a Venetian house it is full of character, it is clean and decorated to a high standard. Breakfast was OK, small buffet selection and some cooked items but by the end of the week we were going out as some of the local places served lovely brunch menus and fresh coffee. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We hired a car, there is no car park but free parking is around a ten minute walk away. We always got a space but it is busy. Excellent selection of bars and restaurants around the hotel as you are straight into the streets of the old town, the hotel is on a quieter street which is good. I would not stay again as although the hotel was lovely I really missed not having a pool area more than I thought I would. There is a small plunge pool and courtyard but only two sunbeds and a couple of seating areas.

What's not to like? We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this hotel as it is unique. The pool is tiny but that didn't matter to us. Room was very comfortable and and staff were excellent. Breakfast had a great choice and we also ate in the restaurant one night and really enjoyed it. Would have eaten there again but so many other nice places to eat as well. Only downside was that the shower is an attachment and does not hang up so you have to hold it whilst showering. I would've though this was easy to remedy as someone else mentioned recently. If you like small and quaint book Corinna.
