Rooms need an upgrade. Clean, nice staff. Good bar by the pool, drinks or snacks. Can use the gym at the neighbour hotel. Pool for kids by the entrance. Close to everything, 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, minimarkets and tourist activities.

The evening we arrived the staff was friendly, we did check in and they showed us to our room. Everything was fine until the next morning when we noticed that the AC was not working. We went to the reception a few times to mention there was an issue, even though someone from the hotel already came to the room to check it. At some point they offered us a fan until, possibly, the next day they would give us another room. In the end, the same evening the offered us another room that, unfortunately, did not look like the previous one. But the AC in the room was working!

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. We went on a few trips around the island and fell in love with Crete and its people. The rooms were kept very clean. The shower was great and the bed really comfortable. We changed room after the first night as it was noisy and ended up in a lovely spot which got loads of sun on the balcony. The food at breakfast could be better however the evening buffet was pretty good. The staff were generally friendly. Reception staff not so much. I said hello to the maid a few times and one day she left me a note asking for some medicine she had taken out of my bag in the bathroom and left in the bedroom. The maid said she really needed my packet of canestan so of course I left it the next day with a note, antibiotics for uti, 5 euros and sanitary towels. I got back that night and the items had gone but I was sad she hadn’t left me another note to maybe thank me. It was only on the way to the airport I realised cash had also gone from my bag as well. This was no fault of the hotel but maybe next season they should check references a bit better. I would still recommend this hotel. It was great value for money and the incident I had with the ‘not local’ maid was probably a one off.

I can’t fault this hotel in any way! We were upgraded from the start, the Deluxe room was simply beautiful and the beds and space were amazing! The staff are warm are amazing which reflects on the Manager himself whom we had the pleasure to meet on a few welcoming warm occasions, staff and manager are always happy to chat and nothing is too much trouble. The pools and views are amazing and the food.. well we ate like kings and queens and the variety is superb. For a late family get away this was perfect! Obviously in peek season I can imagine this place being busy and that’s because it is so good! 😊 We will be returning thank you for an amazing Holiday with deepest gratitude 🙏 god bless.

Minos a definite Minus reception ok room dissappointing bed comfortable wardrobe space insufficient bathroom with a bath you could not use due to water shortage in Greece shower ok balcony only 2 hours of sun per day uncomfortable chairs and sliding door that could not be locked air con automatic set at a high temperature so never kicked in.the pool area was very nice and all public were clean and tidy hardly any daytime or evening entertainment Breakfast for a4 star hotel poor cereal’s quitel limited the hot food offering not even warm and tasteless the staff not very friendly,no atmosphere in the place most guests stayed 1day and moved on the location was good on the whole a disappointing stay.

Great location, near beach and old town , room lovely apart from shower we here for 5 days every day the shower leaked so bad so much water we told reception everyday nothing was done you would of thought they of change rooms for safety my husband slipped pulled handle of shower very dangerous. There’s a lot of older people who are staying here if they fell nasty accident. Just sent a cleaner to mop floor

He had an amaizing time xarola and Alexander and other girls from the bar look after us , friendly chatty really really nice staff , The location it’s perfect near the beach amaizing sunrise and sunsets Pool for kids and adults We stop at bed breakfast So was yummy and lovely lots to choose restaurants around Definitely recommend Nice entertainment too Thank you ☺️
