Rethymno Village

Lovely place, only issue that i have faced in my visit is that my ice pop crystal vape (lovely flavour by the way would recommend) was thrown in the bin by cleaning staff after being left unattended for 2 minutes. Other than that, canny place. Would recommend.

Great location, clean and tidy, rooms clean and comfotable. The food was a little cool, but tasty, something to suit everybody. Staff were friendly and helpful but only larger, wine and soft drinks as part of the all inclusive, no spirits. Very pleasant stay, worth the money. Would stay again

Came back yesterday 22nd October from a week at this hotel. It is basic but VERY CLEAN and friendly place. The staff always smiles, very polite and happy to help. The lunch and dinner are tasty and there is always something to choose from, there is always vegetarian option ( fish or seafood) as well as meat options (beef, pork, chicken, rabbit, veal). You cannot expect 5* food if you pay this little for a stay ;-) hence we were happy and did enjoy the food. The only suggestion is to bring some variate or more options for breakfast, I don't eat breakfast but did go with a friend on our first day and it was quite poor comparing to the other meals during the day. Wine and beer free other alcoholic drinks are not but we were not bothered as we rented a car for a week and did a lot of sight seeing :-) Everyone makes out the holidays the way they enjoy it most ;-) I do recommend renting a car as there are a lot of beautiful places within 1hr drive, also when it was cold and cloudy at the hotel location we drove 60min down douth and had a proper summer with clear sky and warm libian sea :-) Rethymno center is 15min by car and is definitely more lively so worth visiting. If you are planning to visit Chania before flying out then do your shopping in Rethymno or around the hotel as the prices are 3 times lower than in Chania. I would return to the hotel for sure again if I wanted a good, clean and friendly place to stay on a budget.

We stayed at the Rethymno village hotel and we could not fault our stay. If you are looking for an all inclusive trip to chill with your family at a reasonable price this hotel ticks the boxes. The rooms are extremely clean and cleaned everyday by the staff who do an amazing job ! The food was great just what you would expect from an all inclusive buffet Greek authentic food every night as well as spaghetti and chips for the fussy children and plenty of ice cream to wash it down with. All inclusive drinks only include the local wine and beef options but you can make do cocktails are charged extra at around 3 euros each which again isn’t bad at all. This hotel was exactly what it described and we would definitely visit again

First time in Crete, didn't know what to expect but pleasantly suprised. Lovely hotel, very clean and well presented, good food with something for everyone. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beach is a 2 minute walkaway. Lovely local restaurants and 10 minute taxi ride from the beautiful old city. We will definitely revisit.

Spend my summer holiday at this hotel with family. Everything was great - it was definitely good value for the money. Food was fresh and tasty, hotel clean, staff friendly. We didn’t need more, would definitely come back.
