Check-in Warm welcome, very quick and efficient. Cold water in fridge in room with some biscuits and a bottle of wine. Staff Staff were lovely and such hard workers. Parking We hired a car and used the free street parking. It could be a struggle to find a spot at times but always managed. Room Very clean, fresh, modern. Robes and towels were a great addition. Beds slightly too hard for our liking but comfortable enough. Air conditioning was fantastic. Minimal noise from outside as our balcony faced the street. Breakfast and Dinner Very impressed, no complaints. I avoid dairy and there was plenty options for me. Lovely to sit outside! Food was very fresh and local, we are healthier eaters so felt catered for. Pool area and pool bar No issue getting sun beds, plenty shaded options. Lovely pool and very clean. Bar had a great selection of drinks. A few more small plate options would be appreciated on the menu. Portions were generous so good value for money. Sun bed towels provided. A bit annoying for non-smokers as there’s often no escape from cigarette smoke at times but it’s a personal complaint and I’m sure fine for most people. Check-out We have a late checkout but could keep our bags in a locked room and use pool facilities until we needed to leave. We used the shower in the gym to freshen up before leaving. Extra notes: We were very happy with our stay and would 100% return and recommend to friends and family. The location was absolutely perfect. We could be at the beach in one minute. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

We spend 6 days at Atrium hotel with our family (parents + 2 adults). Our stay was very nice, we all enjoyed. Rooms + restaurant area + pool all very clean! The buffet (breakfast + dinner) was very nice and tasteful! Thanks a lot for the nice chocolat cake!!!

Stayed here for 10 nights in July. Hotel is spotless with rooms cleaned daily. We stayed half board and the food was lovely with planty of veriaty which differed each night. Pool area was nice without the need to get up too early for sunbeds. Pool not large but most go to beach so plenty of space im the mornings and early afternoons. It did get busy later in the afternoon. Can't pick ant negatives. Staff always friendly and willing to go beyond yo please. Would definatley reccomend. Not too far from Rethymno center either

Amazing hotel,friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff.Our room was spacious,clean and very well decorated.Pool area was very modern too.Thanks to all the staff and management who made our holidays a dream!!I would visit again with pleasure!!!

Fabulous hotel ideal location for the beach. Staff very friendly and efficient. Our room was spotlessly cleaned daily by a lovely lady. The food was delicious with plenty of choice for everyone. The omelette at breakfast was the best we’d ever eaten-top marks to the Chef. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody and it definitely deserves top trip advisor marks.

Visited for a week in September as the general reviews seemed good in terms of location and services offered. On arrival we found our room had been made up as a twin and not a double as booked. Raised it with reception who promised it would be dealt with. 3 days later finally resolved, not really good enough for a hotel which is trying to be a higher star rating. The location was fine and close to the beach and local restaurants and bars. The old town and harbour is a bit of a walk away though if this is what you are going for, especially for the nighttime vibe. The breakfast was good but the organisation of the restaurant felt more like a cafeteria with no clear welcome and guidance to seating. The evening buffet had a limited choice and so we ate out most evenings. Having said this the staff are all very friendly and helpful and the poolside bar is good. We left feeling that the stay could have been better with attention to the smaller touches that other hotels get right.

Verry good food. The rooms are spacious and clean. Looks exacty like in pictures. Everybody treat you verry well and carefully. Placed close to the beach and restaurants. Only 2 minutes tops walking till there. The view from the balcony on the street side (wich is verry big) is nice. You can see a part of a small montain besides the road wich it ca be noisy sometimes.

Very nice and modern hotel, in a good location in Rethymon, near the beach. Excellent food, we had breakfast and dinner every day. The staff from the reception were very helpful with the check out, they allowed us to stay a couple hours extra and free. Thank you! I highly recommended!

Amazing Hotel & top service. All the staff are professionals & very hospitable. We had an executive suite & it was very comfortable & very well cleaned. We did enjoy the jacuzzi on the Terrance with a couple of glasses of Champaign. I have to mention the reception staff who were well informed about all the required informations which we asked for. Thank you Atrium Staff for everything
