Odyssia Beach Hotel

My friend Mauro and I decided to have lunch in this place. We ordered toast, a hamburger, 2 Cokes and a water. Very honest prices, the only problem is the service guy. Very rude. We asked to redo the hamburger because it was full of sauces and we had to pay it back. As if that wasn't enough, when the 2nd hamburger arrived he asked us to go and pay with the plate in front of us.

In German: Arrival at the hotel went well. 9 days 8 nights in a double room. The food was not freshly prepared. The best thing was the proximity to the beach and the friendly staff on the beach. When we got there, the lady at the reception said that it would take another 2 hours (on Check 24 it said 11:00 check in). When I asked again, the lady only told me after 3 hours. Fortunately, we were only able to check in after 1 hour after asking several times . In addition, the room was dirty when we checked in. The hotel room is 10 square meters and is not acceptable for the price-performance ratio. The beds become very uncomfortable after a few days, i.e. back pain. Mold on the air conditioning (see pictures). Bathroom is much too small. Toilets don't flush well. The loungers cost an extra €6 per day, which is not justified for the half board that is only available. The pictures of the hotel on the website do not correspond to the hotel in real life. Regarding the points listed, which are all negative, I would definitely not recommend the hotel and would never visit it again! After several complaints, we were fortunately able to check-in after 1 hour. Furthermore, the room was dirty at check-in. The hotel room is 10 square meters and not acceptable for the price what we paid.The Beds are too uncomfortable for more then sleeping 4 days. There was mold on the air conditioning (see pictures), and the bathroom was too small. The toilet flush doesn't work well. The sunbeds cost an extra €6 per day, which is not justified for the half-board option(you can book maximum half-board option)the hotel pictures on the website do not match the actual hotel! Considering all the negative aspects, I definitely would not recommend the hotel!
