The room is very European Victorian style, duplex room
There are TVs upstairs and downstairs
The bath tub is so beautiful, the wet and dry separation is great, very comfortable
The bed is so comfortable and clean
The balcony faces the old street, dining here is super dreamy

Very comfortable. I recommend it highly. Location is perfect. Rooms are stylish and clean, staff very helpful. It is a great choice for a great time in Rethymno. All attractions are very near to reach.Our room had a city view. I am sure sea view rooms are great too.

There is no lift, no restaurant of its own, no shower in the bathroom. Everything is very dilapidated. The hot tub pretends to be a jacuzzi but doesn't work. I have a broken leg and they gave me a room on the top floor with a climb up a steep staircase.

Had already been here in 2019 and also 2024 didnt change my mind. The place is not to be missed for its large rooms with all comforts and its location, in the old town but facing the sea, which has no rivals if not in the newer (eastern) part of the town. Staff are all nice and caring for the customers.

The best thing about the hotel is undoubtedly its good location, everything else was disappointing. Our room was comfortable and functional and had beautiful views of the sea, the bathroom however was a real mess, it had a large step at the entrance and the toilet area was so small that they had to cut the door so that it could be closed. that matched the cup. I provide photos because it is difficult to believe if you don't see it. The water in the shower was also not well regulated, sometimes it came out cold or scalding hot and the towels were threadbare. I don't understand how a serious hotel can offer this type of room. The terrace of the restaurant where breakfast is offered is very pleasant and has beautiful views. The breakfast is abundant but lacks quality products. The staff is friendly.

Very good and clean hotel. The mini suite with an amazing view of the sea, hydromassage 2 floors above the bed and downstairs bathroom, kitchenette and living room. The staff is very kind and willing to serve us. The only negative is that it doesn't have breakfast.

Μείναμε ενα τριήμερο 8 με 11 Απριλίου ως ζευγάρι, πολύ ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση από το front office staff, ειδικά η Χριστίνα, εξυπηρετικοτατη με μια θετική ηρεμη αύρα και γενικά όσους είδαμε εκεί είχαμε πολύ φιλική αντιμετώπιση. Πράγμα που θέλαμε μιας και ήταν μια γρήγορη έξοδος πριν μπούμε κι εμείς σε δύσκολη σεζόν. Πράγματι χαλαρωσαμε. Είχε κάποια μικρά θέματακια το δωμάτιο που δεν μας πτόησε καθόλου το γεγονός αλλά ήταν όλα αντιμετωπισημα και μικρολεπτομέρειες. Δυστυχώς το εστιατόριο ήταν κλειστό ακόμα άρα δεν έχουμε άποψη. Εμείς πληρώσαμε κατα κύριον λόγο με το Τουρισμός για όλους άρα ναι μεν τσιμπημένη η τιμή αλλά δε μας ένοιαξε τόσο. Ενδεχομένως να γυρίζαμε κάποια στιγμή στο μέλλον για άλλη μια απόδραση! Hôtel sur l’avenue qui longe la mer au centre de Rethymno, à 5 mn à pied de la vieille ville. Chambre spacieuse avec une salle de bain en revanche assez petite. Bien insonorisé. L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme. Bon petit déjeuner . Excellent rapport qualité prix . Pour la voiture , se garer à 5 minutes à pied à la marina.
