Hotel muito bem localizado, quartos limpos e amplos. Wi-Fi funciona super bem, café da manhã farto, restaurante com várias opções. Sem falar que estacionamento do hotel é imenso! Atendimento dos colaboradores impecável! Parabéns a toda equipe

Es la segunda vez en el hotel en menos de un año Esta en el centro de Resistencia, la ubicación es muy buena Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, están limpias y tienen caja de seguridad y heladera Baños amplios El desayuno es variado y completo. Hay infusiones, productos de pastelería y fiambres. Además ofrecen platos calientes Tiene un restaurante con horarios muy acotados. Y fuera de ellos solo queda el bar de la pileta No hay otra opción para comidas Debe mejorar la decoración de las habitaciones, el color oscuro de las alfombras y cortinas hace que parezcan más viejas de lo que son.

hotel de 5 estrellas, pero dice contar con SPA, el cual esta cerrado. Restaurante principal abre a las 9pm, muy tarde. Almohadas muy duras. Entiendo que sea de 5 estrellas por ser el mejor de Resistencia pero no por eso debe tener 5 estellas

La primera vez, pero no en la cadena. Muy buen trato del personal, habitaciones limpias y muy bonitas. Desayuno completo, con opción in/out. Horarios de check-in/out muy accesibles (en otros tenes que dejar un poco temprano la habitación). Excelente hotel.

La verdad el hotel deja mucho que desear, vinimos en familia, hacen 40 grados y la pileta la abren a las 12:30, no entiendo porque el horario, que sería el peor para tomar sol con niños. La atención mala, los empleados mala cara, no hay internet, el hotel viejo, una desilusión.

La recepcionista al momento del check in realmente mostró nula amabilidad, nada de buen ánimo, y esto, en un hotel 5 estrellas, realmente opaca las excelentes instalaciones del mismo; sin embargo, al día siguiente al momento del check out un varón fue mucho más amable y cortés que su compañera. La habitación es un 5 absoluto, enorme, cómoda y limpia. el desayuno puede mejorar. La ubicación es excelente.
