Club staff lovely. Unfortunately had open water bottle used from previous person, wasn't replaced and made the rest of the room feel less clean.

A nice cosy hotel in city center. They serve good breakfast! The room is super comfortable and big. The scenery from room is mainly other surrounding buildings.
Parking is easy if you opt for valet. But very expensive AUD90 per day (24hrs).

Grand Hyatt Melbourne has a perfect location so that I could access to tram very easily. I will also recommend to my friends and colleagues later.

The hotel itself is beautiful located in the heart Center of Melbourne the service was fabulous.
But the room is quite outdated.
