Ótimo custo benefício e ótima localização. Como não é a primeira vez que me hospedo lá, já tinha os meus dados no computador, o que é mto bom. Os hotéis geralmente manda preencher ficha todas as vezes que nos hospedamos por mais que não seja a primeira vez e adorei não ter que preencher novamente a ficha. Já era tarde e estava mto cansada. Café da manhã maravilhoso com bastante variedade. Funcionários educados e simpáticos.

O hotel é bem localizado , no Centro . Meu quarto era no primeiro andar próximo à academia . O café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto tem ar condicionado, frigobar e armário . Não gostei do chuveiro que era elétrico , ducha fraca e a água não esquentava adequadamente. Os funcionários da recepção simpáticos e solícitos .

Hotel de centro de cidade, bem localizado, bom estacionamento, confortavel Ficamos em uma quarto enorme , com dois dormitorios, ambos com TVs, bom colchão. Bom café da manhã em salão amplo. Pontos negativos é a falta de investimento, principalmente no banheiro. Chuveiro eletrico muito velho, interruptores amarelados, vaso e assento bem antigos. Porta estufada e faltando um pintura. Enfim, gastos pequenos que tornaria o hotel mais agradavel. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

De longe, mas bem de longe mesmo, o melhor hotel de Resende! Atendimento impecável, com uma equipe muito bem treinada, clima agradável e ambientes comuns bem aconchegantes. O hotel é simples, mas limpinho. Atende bem. Tem uma Boa relação custo / benefício. Os quartos tem frigobar com água. Não tem serviço de quarto nem restaurante. O café da manhã termina às 10 horas no final de semana, durante a semana termina 9:30.
