We last stayed here on our return to the UK 7 yrs ago and have now returned . It has changed ownership and been refurbished … we had a fabulous dinner , the room was spacious , cool ( it was hot hot August) lovely modern quirky decor and most importantly the bed was large and super comfy … the best nights sleep I d had all holiday ( 84 on fitbit ! ) The lovely host was very friendly we will definitely make this a regular stop…… Steve and Rachel Jones

See also the reviews for ‘La Huchette’ Superb restaurant serving delicious food in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable rooms, charming and eclectic design throughout. Attractive gardens and pool. Very friendly and attentive staff. Pleasant breakfast. Good location, quiet and green whilst being close to Macon, plenty of parking. Very much recommended.

Newly renovated hotel in charming country surroundings. Added a selection of interesting art pieces from various artists. Clean and sizable pool area. Room was modern and with efficient air conditioning. Bathroom needed some additional upkeep. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

This hotel is close to the motorway so very convenient for a stop over on the way to the snow. There’s nothing wrong with the actual hotel - a little too much style over substance but the one staff member we encountered was so unhelpful that I can’t give more than three stars. We asked for recommendations for restaurants as the hotel restaurant was full ( there were still empty tables when we got back having been empty when we left as well) and were just told to go to Macon. No recommendations, no offer to make a reservation, nothing helpful. Luckily trip advisor directed us to Entre-nous in the centre of Replonges which was delightful.

As usual, a magnificent setting (combining modernity and antiquity), fabulous dishes, surprising appetizers and sweets, attentive staff. We came for dinner and left delighted. We will come back again and again!

I booked a stay at this property for my husband's birthday. We often have the opportunity to stay in establishments of this type and I have rarely seen a room so clean! The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The dinner was succulent, copious, surprising, a real treat in every way. And what about breakfast, it's rare to have such quality products with a favorite dish from the chef (I've never seen that during a hotel breakfast, a dish entirely cooked by the chef, which is a change from the traditional fried or hard-boiled egg). Small minuses: - the hotel is located on the edge of a busy road, we were not bothered because we ate indoors and there was no noise from the rooms, but I think I would have been disappointed if we had eaten outdoors. - the most extensive menu was not available due to lack of staff, I can understand but I was a little disappointed not to be able to taste it.
