My husband and I were on holiday at ForRest Mix in August 2024, personal belongings were forgotten in the room. We were able to find out about this ourselves only after several calls to the reception. A couple of days later they came and picked up the forgotten bag, but it turned out that they did not give us all the things, and also said that nothing else was found. After subsequent calls to the hotel (the things were definitely in the room, there are photos in them), they suggested writing a letter, to which there was no response. No one from the hotel contacted me either after the letter or after several repeated calls. When I asked to transfer me to management, the staff replied that no one was there. We have stayed at many hotels in the Leningrad Region, but this is the first time we have encountered such an attitude towards guests. The hotel did not even try to contact me to at least clarify the situation. The cost of a room per day is 19,500 rubles. The price does not correspond to the service and quality of services provided.

Отель неплохой , отличный бассейн , бани, хорошие завтраки , немного хромает работа персонала , его отношение к гостям , остальное - потихоньку поменяют , как загородный отель - рекомендую и парам и семьям и вообще всем ! Не смотря на 2 линию от пляжной полосы - в чудесном лесном массиве и все рядом )

Очень красивый отель ! Сервис на высоте, большой и уютный номер, чисто, очень вкусная кухня Большой бассейн, множество вариантов SPA процедур, было почти на всех Очень рекомендую данный вариант отеля Там есть буквально всё! Мы в восторге!

Прекрасное место для релакса.. Тёплый бассейн , прекрасный хаммам! Шикарные спа процедуры в комплексе, обёртывание со скрабированием, ценными минералами, с теплой ванной, и завершаюшим уходом, сеанс лечебного массажа с остеопатическими техниками, советую Константина, мастер супер! Просторный номер с видом на Сосновый сад🌳🍀🌲 Для детей есть развлечения. Благодарна этому месту, обязательно приеду сюда еще🤍💫

Просторный номер, большая кровать, удобный матрас. Подушки разной жесткости на выбор. Хороший завтрак шведский стол, разнообразно и вкусно. В ресторане по меню хорошее обслуживание, вкусные блюда, интересные десерты. В спа зоне теплый крытый бассейн, сауна и турецкая парная. Отдельно можно заказать спа процедуры - мне очень понравился тайский массаж и программа для двоих в кедровой бочке.

Отличный отель, ездим всей семьей с июня 2022 года. Хороший бассейн, отличный ресторан, приветливые сотрудники на reception. Есть возможность посетить спортзал, тренажеры, массаж. На первом этаже можно разместиться с небольшими собачками. Вернемся еще!
