I have been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time. I took the opportunity to bring my family to experience it during the Spring Festival. The experience was very good. I must give it a five-star rating! Facilities: The facilities in the room are complete, and the bedding is soft and comfortable; the configuration of smart devices is also a plus, electric curtains, no need to insert or remove electric cards, automatic sensing, TV can cast screens, easy operation, greatly improving the stay experience. Indoor constant temperature water park, indoor playground, mini football field, rock climbing, billiards, etc., children are happy; opposite there is also a train park and picking farm, which are not enough to play. KTV, chess and card room, yoga, SPA, etc., adults can also enjoy it. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy. Although it has been opened for less than half a year, the room has no odor at all, and it also has a balcony, which can be ventilated at any time. Environment: The environment is first-class, the air is fresh, just like a wetland park, with beautiful scenery everywhere, people can't help but take a lot of photos~ After checking in to the hotel, I went for a walk with my family in the morning and evening. Service: Whether it is the friendly greeting from the gateman when I first arrived at the hotel, the check-in at the front desk, or the restaurant and bar service staff are very warm and thoughtful. Although there are many people on holidays, they can also check in in advance and issue temporary wristbands. I am a loyal fan of Clubmed and really like the culture of Clubmed. Miss Penny is very nice and patient. This time we came to Clubmed Heilongtan Resort. The environment here is beautiful and the weather is good. There will be fewer customers during the week. There are also plenty of activities for the children, and they fall asleep as soon as their batteries run out. The guest relations service is considerate and thoughtful. I had a lot of fun. I will continue to experience other villages next time.

The children's play facilities can be more abundant, the water park is really good, the vegetable picking is also OK, the service is good, and the restaurant menu can be more diverse. Overall, I think it's pretty good, and I have a new understanding of this brand. I will consider it more in the future
