首先，酒店環境很好，全智能覆蓋，但是隔音效果太差了，對面住户小孩子一晚上鬧個不停，前台一點反應都沒有，然後旁邊有個KTV，大晚上一兩點唱歌非常的吵，完全睡不了，想安靜休息的自行斟酌吧。

前台服務員態度差；房間隔音差，走廊説話聲清晰可聞，最惱火的是，樓下是KTV，吵死個人，凌晨一點還在蹦嚓嚓，根本沒法入睡。
