"I stayed at Silver Legacy for a night after skiing at Boreal Mountain at day time. I booked a deluxe twin room at 15th floor which was nice, with a good view of the mountains. Staff told me that premier rooms were located at higher floors. I thought a deluxe room was good enough and at a reasonable price. Hotel location is convenient with direct access to shopping mall and casino. I would stay there again next time."
"I am very dissatisfied with the hotel's pre-authorization deduction system. My room is $200 a night, the hotel deducted me $200, then deducted $200 from my credit card, then deducted $20, and finally buckled me. 10 dollars, I went to the front desk theory, they said that they made a lot of mistakes, and later cleared the back of $ 220, but the remaining 10 dollars did not know what the deduction is! I also encountered such a bad hotel management system for the first time!"

"The hotel is in a good location, only a 10-minute walk from the train station and bus terminal. When I checked in that day, there were still food crumbs on the chair, and there was a towel that looked used and not folded neatly on the washstand."
"The third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder."
"It's quite clean. It takes too long to refund the hotel deposit. It takes a month. I didn't have parking but I was charged a parking fee of 14 US dollars."
"Great stay! Quiet and clean. Very spacious indeed!"

KKiritika MaharajHotel was under construction when. Pool was packed but it’s a nice environment. Staff was friendly. Also they had a nice arcade for kids. Overall my stay was enjoyable.

GGuest UserQuite new hotel, relatively normal Hyatt Place room, average breakfast. Close to the highway, it's best to ask the front desk for a room on the inside, otherwise it's quite noisy.
JJIKEJust beside the small river, cross the bridge and walk more than 200 meters along the river to the car museum to see the various cars carefully collected by the casino owner. A dedicated parking garage is available for free parking. The stopover from Yellowstone Park to Yosemite is not bad. Reno is the second largest city in Nevada and has many casinos.

GGuest UserThe hotel was a perfect location and was clean. The maid service was spotty with items not replenished on 2 of the 4 days (towels and coffee). The rooms were well kept but the equipment in the exercise room was not working. Half of the exercise machines were ”out of order” and the balance were not hooked up to TV screens.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a perfect airport hotel. Friendly staff, easy check in, clean rooms, restaurant and bar. The price point is perfect and half the cost as nearby—often sold out—hotels. I’ve stayed here many time and they’re consistently delivering a good product. Also, booking on Trip.com is beyond easy.
OOn The Road AgainThey will add a $40+ casino fee when you check in. I’m not sure if that is per day or not as I only stayed one night. Everything was quite good there but gone are the days of valet car service. Room was standard with no complaints other than only two for the five lights in the bathroom worked. Casino was surprisingly up to date with many nice dining options. Loved the Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chip shop ($18 for three cod pieces with chips).

SStevenBooo… this one is at the bottom of my list Well, if you have an opportunity to stay at a different hotel, closer in town little more expensive if you can afford it, try not to stay too long at this one it’s an old hotel. It’s a old stinky ****** needs to be leveled and rebuilt wrong part of town, a lot of transient people on the street. I did not like it but it was cheap. It was clean and old and stunk phone. Desk was friendly maintenance was nonexistent. I change the filter in my AC unit because it was nasty. I stayed there for two night. The only thing that was comfortable was leaving my truck outside because they had security in a fenced in area. Security walk to grounds all the time not nice not good I don’t like.
CCHENAnd its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.
