The hotel is large - it does not have any restaurants, etc but there are places to go nearby. It is very easy to walk around. There is great underground parking.

Location of the resort in relation to Reno's casinos was excellent. We were only a couple of blocks away from the famous Reno arch. The size of the unit was perfect for 3 people and we had everything we needed and then some. The ONLY item we had was the location of the faucets in both bathrooms. When fully turned on, the water would spray on us instead of staying in the sink. Note: we visited in the beginning of Nevada's off season so some things were closed in neighboring towns.

Shawn (@ the front desk was excellent! He always had great suggestions for restaurants. The hotel offered a five page printed restaurant guide. Very helpful! The beds were very comfortable. We were within 10 minutes of the college (part of the main reason for our trip).

I was displaced during hurricane Milton. Requested to pay for one additional night to allow for my power to be restored at my home in Florida. Staff would not attempt to assist with the request.

The resort Location is great for walking to the Riverwalk and ****** Row. Also a great spot to drive on day trips to Lake Tahoe and Virginia City. The unit was very clean. The full kitchen was nice so we did not have to eat out every day. The bed was comfortable for a queen size, we usually like a king size (personally).

It was our first time staying at this property and it didn't disappoint. The unit was more than we expected and well equipped for our weeklong stay. We didn't rent a car and were in walking distance to parks, restaurants, casinos, and the other sites we wanted to check out. The weather was perfect, and we were able to get outside every day. We plan to make this an annual event.

We book a week at the Worldmark Reno. Great location. Easy walk to El Dorado and Silver Legacy, non smoking, clean, felt safe with the front desk always staffed, locked door at night. Plenty of room and well stocked. Laundry in unit was a huge life saver. We will definitely stay again!
