首先要肯定酒店的硬件設施是非常不錯的，在整個仁懷來講都是非常乾淨，環境特別好，大廳寬敞明亮，房間也特別大，特別乾淨舒適，服務人員非常熱情，前台服務也很不錯，讓人感到非常糟心的就是，早上吃早餐的時候吃出來1塊塑料，給服務人員反映了以後，前台服務人員也非常熱情，耐心的道了歉，我覺得這種事情發生在這種酒店，一定是不應該的

仁懷戴斯酒店，地理位置很好，交通方便。酒店大廳很大，有一面茅台牆，還有年份茅台，很值錢。房間很新，舒服，還有水果，早餐在頂層，視野真的很好，如果沒什麼事，可以呆上一天，最重要

整體體驗下來很不好，最開始去前台開房間，結果房型都鎖着沒開放，要臨時打開才能開，登錄半天才開好。我想既然網上都有房間，不應該提前把房間開放出來嗎？在房間發現沒有一次性馬桶墊和洗澡用的涼拖鞋，就打了電話要了馬桶墊和兩雙涼拖鞋，前台告知沒有一次性馬桶墊後，然後又打電話告訴我説有的，讓我覺得酒店設施內部人員都不清楚嗎？還有我要涼拖鞋就是洗澡的，結果阿姨説前一天要涼拖鞋的人太多了，現在衹有一雙涼拖鞋了，然後説多給我兩雙一次性拖鞋……一雙就一雙吧，結果兩衹都是同邊的，還不同碼……這讓人怎麼穿，這是我住這麼多酒店來第一次遇到酒店服務這麼拉胯的……戴斯這麼大一家酒店都不能確保每個房間都有一至兩雙涼拖鞋供房客洗澡……而且當天也沒有滿房吧就沒有拖鞋了，也是讓人挺無語的
