首次去貴州旅遊十餘天，這個酒店是最不滿意的。這是個公司管理的各家民宿，客人住哪家由公司統一安排和烏鎮的模式相仿但管理水平不是差一點點。我住的這家衞生間窗簾是壞的用破紙盒遮擋淋浴房地漏有成團的毛髮，門廳燈不亮，窗台的灰塵積攢不是一兩天一兩個月能達到的，雖然反應給服務枱也答應給調換房間但年紀大了行李也搬上了樓不想折騰湊合一晚算了。個人認為這是管理層出了問題，最起碼的衞生狀況難道沒人督促、檢查、驗收？這樣的房間就不該安排給客人入住況且價格也不低，管理水平真的有待提高。但這個酒店也有長處，有停車場，逛街去景點挺方便。

在茅台鎮中心區域，位置非常好。不遠處下去台階就是1915廣場，廣場就在赤水河畔風景非常好，停車也很方便，房間也很乾凈

住一次感覺上當受騙，再也不敢去住，把好幾個民宿拼在一起，搞了個前台，衞生一塌糊度，前台服務態度冷淡，沒有服務員全靠一個保安在服務，第一次“享受”這樣的酒店！洗澡水一點點，下面花灑壞的，上面的花灑也是堵的，更可怕的是水從天花板流下來，玩了一天澡都洗不了！！！

茅台人家客棧，網上看了評價後選住的，覺得在古鎮中心、方便，入住後感覺性價比不高。晚上睡覺響動有點大，太吵了，不安靜；裝修的風格還可以，就設施有點陳舊；入住後就沒人管你了，讓人感覺不太舒服
