Because we were stopping on the way, we chose a hotel near the highway. The environment around the hotel was very poor. The corridors of the hotel and the hotel smelled like sewers. There were water stains and stains on the floor and countertops in the room. The air conditioner was not cold, and the noise from opening the window made it difficult to sleep, but the breakfast was good.

The service provided by Xiao Wang at the front desk is very thoughtful and considerate. The hotel design style is modern and simple, which is very good.

The hotel is located on the main road and is very noisy. You cannot sleep with the windows open. Although the facilities are relatively new, the air conditioner does not cool and the air supply mode cannot be set. The air conditioner is set to a constant temperature of 28.5 degrees and cannot be adjusted. Sleeping with the windows closed is like being in a sauna, stuffy and hot. We were a group of four in two rooms and could not fall asleep all night. We called the front desk and they said that the quilt was too thick and the air conditioner temperature was too high and asked to lower the temperature. The female waiter on duty said that the hotel set the temperature uniformly and could not adjust it. She also said that most of the guests staying in the hotel are afraid of cold and there is no way to solve it. It is really outrageous that an international hotel chain has such a service attitude and does not care about the feelings of the guests at all. The room was hygienic, but there was a sour odor in the corridor. When the window was opened, all kinds of odors from the roadside food stalls wafted in. This was the worst hotel experience we had in our one-week trip.

We arrived in the evening, and the front desk staff, Xiao Wan, prepared hot ginger tea for us, and the check-in process was also very smooth. The air conditioner in the guest room was turned on in advance, and the room was as warm as the bed that my wife had warmed. I checked the hygiene as usual: there was nothing wrong with it, the room was new but had no smell. The overall experience can be summed up in one word: comfortable!

The surrounding environment of the hotel is also commendable, quiet and comfortable, and it is a great place to relax. The decoration style of the room is unique and the details are exquisite, which shows the hotel's dedication and investment in design. There are many varieties of breakfast, which makes me dazzled, and there are many local specialties, which taste excellent and satisfy my appetite. Every day here, I feel that my body and mind have been fully relaxed and happy.
