Great hotel, However, the hot spring was not open which was disappointing. and when checking in, reception said welcome fruit would be delivered in the afternoon, which they didn't. i had to call to ask for delivery. other than that, hotel is pretty new and service was okay.

春節出行，很滿意的一次體驗。辦入住前台免費升級房型，。房間大，設施齊全，乾淨衞生。晚上泡完温泉出去吃宵夜回來下毛雨，當時也沒覺着有多大的雨就準備回房間，路上遇見一服務員馬上叫等一下去前台送一把雨傘，好暖心！唯一不足之處就是温泉泡池少了點。有休假還會選擇來這裏。

設施：新開不久的酒店，設施非常好。
衞生：乾淨衞生。
環境：酒店本身的環境非常好，很漂亮。但是地理位置比較偏僻，周邊沒啥吃的，不過酒店內可以用餐，雖然價格不菲，但味道是很不錯的。
服務：酒店的服務算是扣分項，除了客房服務還不錯外，餐廳的服務員非常不專業，客人上桌後也不知道把多餘的餐具收走，上菜的時候手忙腳亂，温泉部更是大大的扣分項，居然不給更換乾淨的毛巾，説要另外收錢，簡直匪夷所思。
酒店的早餐很不錯，品種豐富。

感謝嚴奇小姐姐幫我們升級房間，房間還蠻不錯的，周邊環境也很好，空氣很清新，就是附近沒啥吃的，設施設備都很齊全，總體都很不錯，就是有一丟丟房間枕頭上有很多細碎的東西，不知道是什麼，可能是因為蕎麥枕頭的原因，但是總體是好的，服務都蠻熱情的，客房阿姨笑着蠻親切的 不錯不錯 推薦推薦 早餐總類很多，辣子雞蠻好的

來遵義仁懷遊玩，看看這一片充滿故事和歷史意義的土地，感觸很多，這裡有讓人緬懷的紅色遺跡，有令人沉醉醬酒，還有動人的民族風情。
來到仁懷市，我得不考慮自己的住宿問題，我在網上看了仁懷市的酒店情況，最後來到了仁懷温泉大酒店，這個酒店很新，其裝修風格也是相當的敞亮大氣，在服務這一個方面，我到的時候當地的氣温很低，但是酒店房間的温度居然有20多度，真的讓人感到十分的欣喜。
